The staff here at Tropical Smoothie at 365 w 116th street has the best customer service! The food is of course is great but you can't beat their service. Jade the manager (I believe is her name) runs a great crew. She's an awesome leader and you can see it in her staff. The atmosphere is cool, you can feel the positive vibes. They take the time to know their customers. They are knowledgeable about their products and can educate you on what's best for you.

I absolutely love the smoothies and my favorite is the one with the strawberries, mango and orange juice! My favorite wrap was the Jerk Chicken wrap! Delicious!

Everybody working on National Smootie Day was amazing!!! This was my first time in and I was nervous but I loved their energy, customer service, and team work!!! If you’re their boss reading this, go give props to your team. They were all excellent!! I can only specifically remember Amaya, CJ, and Augustus but I know you can look back at the cheshire and thank each and everyone of them for representing the company so well!! ❤️❤️Love seeing young ppl thrive in business! Ordered a detox island green. They gave me a regular. As soon as I pointed it out they offered to remake the correct one. Very nice staff. Very professional. Honest mistake. Just wish they had a drive through so I don't have to get my daughter out of the car.

Love their smoothies and food. Giving a 4 star review because they aren’t consistent in the way they make the smoothie I always get. Also a good idea to order ahead in the app otherwise you may wait a while. Also be careful if you pay with a card when you order at the register. It automatically selects to add a hefty tip (I think it’s 20%?) if you hit a certain button which appears to be the button to accent the payment for just the amount due for your order without the tip. If you don’t I unselect it, you’ll pay it.

Edit: Ive come back to this location a few times since and it seems like they were just having a really bad day when I first ordered here. Ever since, everything I've ordered here has been great and everyone has been pretty friendly.
I have to agree with the most recent reviewer here, this location is not up to par. Both of the smoothies we ordered are missing seemingly half of their ingredients. No one really spoke to us, aside from the person that took our order. They didn't call our order out but I happened to see it myself, I said thanks, they said nothing. Sucks when you pay $20 and don't get what you ordered.

their drinks and food deserves a 5 star however my experience in store was a little tainted due to a bit of a rude service. gotta love the featured drinks and the edible straw. flatbread was also tasty and not dry,. would visit if there are other stores close to home.

It’s Basic… but tasty! I say if you’re in Carmel… try it out! I’m enjoying the Avocolda( avocado, pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut and lime with an edible lime straw 😃!)Waaaay tasty! My daughter had the Sunrise Sunset in Cincy and loved it found out it was her and said Mom you gotta try it! I’m a fan! 🤩 hope you like it too!
