Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always love how fresh and spot-on in flavor the food is. So thankful for the plant-based option of the sofritas. I ask for only half of a spoonful cause the seasoning is perfect that way. If you love a spicy punch, try the sofrita "meat". Kudos for their focus on sustainable bags and serving dishes too!!

My jaw is literally on the floor. I came around noon on a sunday, it was busy, the staff were doing their best to stock low ingredients. Despite this, service moved quickly, efficiently, and without issue… That was until the Dressing People. The secondhand embarrassment was so strong as I waited for these decrepit, sun damaged people to get the rage out of their system. I get it, it sucks when what you want isn’t available. I wanted fajita veggies but they were out (i’m guessing because it was busy like i mentioned earlier.) I watched as the old dude yelled at the manager about giving him free guacamole in the place of dressing, to which the manager replied with the obvious: Dressing Boomers would have to pay for it. I’m on my lunch break from my retail job where I’m a manager and wanted to say something, but the manager on duty handled this situation with perfect grace. I think the icing on top is when Walmart Yzma looked at me with one of those “can you believe this guy” looks as her primordial husband had a full BF about salad dressing. I just want to give props to the staff for handling the situation so well, and to the manager who did his best to deescalate the situation. The only reason there was an issue was due to the Dressing People not understanding that the manager can’t pull dressing out of his butt.

5/24/22 First time to this location. There was only 1 person taking orders and making the food, which you can expect at times. Expect long lines at post pandemic guys. This is now the new norm. I believe we have to shift the way we review things nowadays. Businesses are struggling to keep people employed and hire people. People don't want to work. My food came out delicious. They ran out of salad dressing and did not charge me for it. This was nice. Thank you! I would return and I give them kudos for doing the best they can during these difficult times. Everyone - Be more patient and humble.

We got our food fast and they were nice. The burrito was not wrapped that well, but there were little finches outside which made up for it. The finches like rice. I don't know if the rice is great for the finches, but they will probably eat it anyway, so we kind of threw it towards them. Pro tip: eat outside and see the finches Mediocre fact: this Chipotle tastes like the other Chipotles
