First time ro visit Zoup and it was amazingly good! I told the young man at the register that I was a rookie and ge took the time to explain the different breads, soup size upgrades, etc. The Jamaican Gumbo Souo and the Cranberry Salad was dynomite! I will ddfinately be back!
My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. The service was excellent, the sandwiches and soups offered looked good and the staff was more than happy to let you try samples. The manager, Z, was extremely personable and was checking on us to make sure we were satisfied with our food and offered to get anything we needed. 5/5 will definitely be come back!
For people who do not consider soups, you must definitely try. You can sample them and choose what you want. The lobster bisque was creamy and delicious.
Under new ownership and the change is fabulous! We had soup and pesto grilled cheese and both were delicious. The service was personable and efficient. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!
I’ve never been disappointed at W Carmel Dr. Zoup EVERY employee has been friendly, helpful and engaging each time I’ve come into the store to take out soup. Today was a special treat because I was able to meet the outgoing manager who introduced me to the new manager! It’s always good to hear the new opportunity for a dependable employee is with his large church. We found we had several friends in common. My hope is that this business will take off like Chick-fil-A has because of the quality of the product and the consistent service and friendliness of the employees. Peyton and “Z” represent the company well. Please give these folks a try. And btw, the onion soup is way better than I can make at home. We have several favorites but are not opposed to trying something new on the menu.
I've been trying to find the best chicken noodle soup in Indy, and so far it is here (besides at my house). The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because the first few times I got it, it was bland and I had to add salt and pepper. The last time though...it was the best batch they had! Lots of onions(:
I was very pleased with the food and service. Tonight the young lady was very polite and friendly and professional. There was a young man working at the same time and did not once help her when she had back to back customers to help it go a little quicker. She did very well with 6 groups that came threw. If you ask me she deserves a raise.
Great alternative when you really want soup. I honestly would rate their soup /sandwich combo up with Panera.
At this particular location they have an easy going manager who tries to ensure good service.
I had their cauliflower soup, and veggie sandwich combo. Very pleased.
Tons of soup options, and every soup I've tried has been great. Plus they finally got bread bowls! The sandwich and salad choices are a little sparse, but it's a soup place, not sandwich and salad, so it's to be expected. When they are busy, as they are a lot in the cooler months the line has no where to stand to wait for pickup. That's the only negative!
Stopped in to the Carmel location today after a doctor's appointment. It has been a long week due to me just having bariatric surgery Wednesday, Zee and his crew were absolutely amazing in taking care of my crazy request. It's great to know there is somewhere I can go to eat and still be treated great. Thank you as much guys. We will be back soon.
Look, that cheddar and broccoli soup is absolutely delicious. And the Italian sandwich? Bussin to the highest degree. The service Is great and it’s a nice local spot. I will definitely be back again.
