Master Pizza

We order from Master every Friday - the pizza is great, the online ordering is a breeze and it’s so easy to customize what we want. A special shout out to the staff who happened to notice I accidentally reversed the toppings on our usual order and let me know so we could correct it. (Saved me from some angry teen eaters!) My family loves Master Pizza.

Very poor experience. I ordered a custom salad. Although there was no line, it took the girl a very long time to make my salad. I paid extra for the avocado and I saw her take the half avocado out of the fridge and it was brown. She threw out most of the avocado and sliced up with what was left. She left me with practically nothing. I tried asking her questions but she spoke zero English. Salad tasted decent at best. Very unhappy with the experience.

the food is good i won't lie to you, but the customer service there is so poor that they make me feel as if i'm bothering them to order something. it hinders me from ordering. also, one of the delivery drivers couldn't find my home even though i reside 4 blocks away and they got so upset with me after i didn't pick up their second phone call that they raised their voice at my husband and got up to his face, like when chickens are ready to fight. but if you're having a good mental health day and you don't mind the stank faces, then visit! the food has nothing to do with the service :)

Can agree with past posts that say the customer service here is bad. Place was nearly empty except for one table. Was ordering when the girl literally walked away then we were left wondering if our order was even heard. Three employees present. The air is dense here. Was pretty hard getting their attention to pay and was not handed a receipt instead he just balled it up. Pizza was fine tho.

First time i ordered from them , it was amazing , second time i ordered they messed up my order . I ordered pesto pasta with 6 pieces of shrimp , and paid extra . Got ONE piece of shrimp . They couldnt do nothing about it . K . Third time which was tonight they gave me someone elses complete order named christine and couldnt fix it . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . Ridiculous. Rude and staff is so disoriented. They need to get it together . Smh . No thanks
