This is Our local neighborhood 7-11 store. I agree with the negative reviews regarding their staff. Just had my first encounter with Lorena, A hateful rude women with condescending Attitude. I inquired about the lottery tickets and she told me to figure it out myself that she wasn’t their to help me. Then I witnessed her become aggravated with a young boy who was counting his change told him to step out of the way as if there were people behind other than myself. She is rude and hateful. Hopefully they relocate her wherever she crawled out of.

Been coming here for years. Now they’ve hired a new employee. Says she goes by Lorena or morena couldn’t make out with her thick accent. Rude unhelpful obnoxious looking little person. Under her nose several people walked out with hands full of merchandise. I don’t know how or why 7-11 hires these people. Gives our community a bad reputation and allows for more criminal activity

The lady that is working here this morning is ghetto and rude she charged me twice for a breakfast sandwich and then when I was looking at my receipt in question she was dismissive and asked for the next customer. The fact that I'm in uniform and white probably had a lot to do with it. This 7-11 just lost a customer. Fellow officers beware of the Hispanic lady about 5 foot 2 she seems to have issues with respect and customer service!

I got here just as they were either opening or closing so the grill was emptied and clean. They didn't have boxes for pizza...BUT two gentlemen working there went out of their way and beyond and noticed I had gotten a frozen Supreme from their fridge to buy and wanted pizza, they put my pizza in their pizza oven, checked it as many times as it took to get it from frozen to delicious, cut my pizza into 8 slices, modify the box how I asked and did it will extend politeness and friendliness... Hey I'm the CHRISTian! Now they have to get saved cause they're behavior was very much love as they were busy stocking or organizing and didn't have to do any of that for a customer!

It's the cleanest 7-Eleven but shoplifting is out of control there especially from the Motel 6 clientele nearby. Today as I was filling up my gas tank I realized the gas pumps credit card enclosures had been compromised. So I checked all of them and they all have been compromised so I notified the sales associate and he said "yeah, we know". Cool, cool, cool. You wouldn't want to mark the gas pumps or anything to LET PEOPLE KNOW!!!!!!
