Pretty upset yet thankful with this place, I have a chronic kidney failure desease and I have a strict diet, I asked kindly if I can heat up my food and they said no, sucks. Then I really needed to use the restroom while on my lady says and sis hooked it up, so kind even with toiletries! Thank you! But now I’m starving.

I have ever been treated so badly in Carlsbad until today. it was so bad, she even ignored me so much so that when i asked for the hot dog, after she handed me my Mustard and ketchup with no hot dog.... she said Oh I didn't to charge you! She also put my taquitos down on the counter with no napkin, now i don't even want to eat them..

I had the most absurd conversation with the night shift female cashier and was so utterly disrespected. Not only that - she did not speak proper English so she disregarded the address I read to her on my ID and had me fetch other forms of identification and was being utterly rude about it the entire time while her coworker told her she had the right to refuse my service when I did nothing wrong. I am appalled by this situation and their costumer service.

I was feeling kind of hungry so I popped in for some Taquitos /roll tacos and a Slurpee can’t really screw up the Slurpee but that Taquitos on the cold side hopefully I don’t get sick. There’s a lot of signs on the front door regarding Theft it looks like this place is a Hotspot for five finger discount.

My husband has a broken foot and scoots around on a mobility ride while it is healing (he actually broke the bottom of his foot and is not supposed to walk on it at all. So the lady working at this 7-11 tells him he has to leave it outside, he said "well I need this, I'm not supposed to walk on my foot" and he has a cast on. She said "I said, you can leave it outside", so he went to jack in the box to get his Diet Coke instead. What is wrong with this woman who works here and why do these people think it's okay to discriminate against people who are disabled?!?! I WILL NEVER go here again!!
