We took a detour on our way to the beach to try this new to us Bakery. The breads are beautifully crafted and my favorite are all the sourdough products.
Not Bavarian. Not artisan. Darn bread and pastries were American Wild West hard. Never again.
Prager brothers know the art of excellent bread with european style crust. They also make crispy, flakey, flavorful croissants and danishes; the way that they are supposed to be!

This is the ‘Mothership’ location and it’s hard to find in an industrial park area. Their baked goods are found in farmers markets -like Little Italy Mercado - as well as coffee shops -
Great Artisan Breads, fruit galettes, croissants, scones and all sorts of light & flaky baked goods that'll put a smile on your face. This place is a keeper. Sad they took their fresh brewed coffee off the menu, though.
fANTASTIC IS ALL i CAN SAY!! THER BREADS ARE SUPERB. i THOUGHT i WAS BACK IN EUROPE. jUST THE FACT THAT IT TASTES INCREDIBLE AND EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND ORGANIC IS WONDERFUL. I LOVE THE SCONES, THE CROISSANTS AND THE ALMOND CROISSANT WITH THE ALMOND FILLING. I LOVE THE WHOLE GRAIN SOURDOUGH BREADS
They have the best almond croissant. Wish they would do their sandwiches before 9:30am.
