I have never dined in at this location, so can’t speak on the service for that. I usually order takeout and the food is always ready when I arrive, fresh and hot. The takeout hosts and hostesses are super friendly every time. Last time I went I was in the neighborhood so didn’t place the order online but went in. Since I was waiting for the food (13 mins) every single staff member came over to me and ask if I needed anything, offered free drinks, etc… They went above and beyond and I wasn’t even there long. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster if you’re craving seafood and want excellent customer service.

Waited for about 30 mins. But the food made it worth the wait. And the service was even better. Our server's name was Nichole. She was very kind and accommodating to our needs. She offered ways to get the best price for our food like recommending we get the fries and chicken tenders from the kids menu for our little one vs an adult meal. She was the kindest and made our dining experience 10 times better. Will be returning.
Service was excellent! We ordered the unlimited shrimp and our waiter Daniel did an excellent job. Food was delicious. Dragon shrimp was the best.

We came here one day on an afternoon during the weekend for lunch and it was nice that the place wasn't as busy. We were seated quickly and the staff was friendly. Our food was delicious, but the reason for the 4-star was because I had ordered a Pina Colada non-alcoholic and when it arrived I went to take a sip and there was alcohol in it. Our waiter did nicely take the drink back and instead I ordered a soda, but another reason for the 4 star was our waiter took such a long time to provide us with our check.
The complementary cheddar bay biscuits are the star of the show. I cannot get enough of them - and good thing - they are unlimited! Very pleased to say that the newly introduced burgers are actually really good. I tried both the Nashville Hot Chicken and the fried fish. Soft brioche bun was fluffy and held everything together well. Condiments minimal but well chosen. Sauces delicious. As to sides, I quite liked my garden salad with honey mustard sauce and mashed potatoes were also quite tasty.
This location is convenient near lots of shopping and Roosevelt field mall. Staff very friendly.

One of the best Red Lobster locations I have been to. We went on Christmas Eve, it was not crowded at all and we were seated as soon as we walked in. The waiter was very kids friendly and efficient. The lobsters were fresh and cooked well. My kids loved the shrimp linguini a lot. The rice that came along with the orders were a bit too hard for me. It would be better if the rice could be softer. Overall it was a pleasure having dinner there on Christmas Eve.
I had a great time. Ray was amazing. He was patient, friendly, kind, and attentive. Hope to return again soon. Great service!

I was disappointed by the portion to cost ratio. They sat us with crying babies and small children so the atmosphere was off. We had a lengthy wait for our server to bring biscuits but he was totally awesome thereafter.
So I'm not usually a franchise eater , but the food here was great. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food and the waitress , Rochelle was great and sweet- and we had two hyper kids with us! 9/5/17 Here again for endless shrimp! They added Nashville hot shrimp and Mediterranean shrimp. The Nashville was sweet and spicy breaded- very good.
At this time, they have a special for all you can eat shrimp. So you order 2 of the shrimp dishes from the special and you can keep refilling with different options all for $20. The food was mediocre, I have had better seafood at the Chinese places. However, the service was amazing and our waiter was so pleasant and fast. The restaurant needs a face lift.
horrible... im joking!! Awesome place , Awesome food😊 Ray was very accomodating and funny, great customer service. Need more servers like him! Went for my moms birthday dinner and had a great time.
