Nothing Bundt Cakes

Cake is delicious but the service is consistently unfriendly. The first time I blamed it on a bad day, now it’s clear this is just the unfriendly vibe of one of the main young staff in ladies there. Also, I find it a bit cheap that they don’t provide any silverware even though they serve personal cakes. Service really needs to come up a few levels at this place before I’d go back.

I didn’t know what a bundt cake was and now I know what I’ve been missing my whole life. Charming interior, bright colors and very clean. This is the place to go if you want to bring a cake with a wow factor. They have all sorts of flavors - my favorite is their carrot or marble. The icing is top notch, you can taste the creaminess from the cream cheese and there’s the perfect amount of icing on each cake. Choose various sizes - 10inch 8inch and little personal ones annnnns tiny cupcake ones! Get balloons and cards here! Don’t forget to try a sample!

Okay, I dont know if their frosters were never trained or what, but ever. Single. Cake that I’ve seen from this place the frosting is an absolute MESS. The petals are all over the place, uneven, and it’s just straight up messy. I worked at a Bundt cakes in Las Vegas and a cake that looks that awful never would have made it off of the table, let alone into someone’s home to celebrate their birthday. I’ll post this review on yelp so you can see pictures of just how honestly hilariously awful the frosting is done here. If it was one cake, okay, you know mistakes happen. But 3/3 is just a sign that their frosters don’t know what they’re doing.

I ordered my friend some bundtinis for her birthday because she loves them! They were supposed to be delivered between 11-2 today. It’s is after four and they still haven’t been delivered. The store said they are busy, they don’t know when they will be delivered, and I had to call a few times in a row to even get them to pickup the phone. I am very frustrated :(
