I had the Cappuccino Crunch, it was great! Tasted like it was made was real coffee, the chocolate was high quality, and is labeled as a Premium Gold flavor. Portion size was above average for the money.
Hershey's Ice Cream places like this have two main ice cream options, Premium and Premium Gold. According to their website the Premium Gold is "a special selection of extra creamy, ultra-premium ice cream flavors". I would have to agree.
I also sampled the Cotton Candy and it was good. My girlfriend got Banana Pudding flavor and it was better than Cotton Candy but not as good as my Cappuccino Crunch.
Service was friendly and fast although the staff member didn't know the difference between Premium and Premium Gold.
I love Hersheys Ice Cream. This location doesn’t have as wide of a flavor variety as other stores I’ve been to but all in all, I love them. I can’t remember the guys name who helped me but, since I can’t remember anything bad about the experience he was nice.

I’m not a huge fan of ice cream, normally, but Hershey’s Ice Cream in Cape Coral is the place to be. Fantastic ice cream and customer service! I always visit on a day that Emmett is working because he is just an awesome human being. Always friendly, funny and helpful. He can make even the worst days turn around and become the highlight of your day. Thanks for being amazing, Emmett!

Emmett is the man! My girlfriend is pregnant and has been craving ice cream almost daily. I’ve been to this location which is right next to my barbershop 3 times this week and every time Emmett has been so delightful and kind to us. We had family in from New York and was quick and let us try a few flavors before purchasing. I highly recommend this shop specifically for his customer service skills and their flavors are awesome as well!
Staff is very friendly and welcoming to this ice cream store. Emmit made the kids experience fun with all the flavor choices. The Hershey's ice cream was very tasty and rich. With 30 plus flavors too choose from this is a must try place you won't be disappointed. 🍨😁
The ice cream was yummy. Emmett had a line to the door of customers, but made everyone feel important. He was polite, helpful, and fast. There probably should be another person helping him, but Emmett does a phenomenal job on his own.
Emmett is an asset to this business! His customer service was excellent. He was polite at all times, engaged the whole family with conversation, and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. I took my 2 daughters here today for the first time and we absolutely LOVED it. Great atmosphere, exceptional staff member who helped us, and delicious ice cream. My favorite ice cream place since moving down to Cape Coral last May!!
Ice cream was great. Emmet made a late night dessert stop a delight. Could not ask for better service. So refreshing to find service from someone with a positive attitude and work ethic.
This place is amazing! The ice cream was delicious, lots of varieties, all very tasty! The prices were reasonable and the staff was wonderful!! (And safely masked!) We will definitely come again and will reccomend to our friends.
