Just a shoutout to the staff of this Panera. My best friend just had a tonsillectomy and can’t find anything she can eat. They blended her soup for her without batting an eye. This is the first time she’s eaten in 4 days! Thank you so much for making her day a little easier and being kind.

Wow! What a great experience. I ordered the avocado, tomato, multigrain bagel flat, minus the egg white, minus the spinach and minus the cheese. Being able to get this, alone, is a blessing (apparently this isn't possible at the Page Field store). Then, when I went into the store to pick it up everyone was SO NICE: A gentleman at the counter, who seemed to be somewhat new, and a young woman with blonde hair (I wish I had gotten her name) who appeared to be in management because she wore a different shirt, also another woman at the counter. My breakfast sandwich wasn't ready so I asked if they had hummus on their breakfast menu. I told them it would be great to have a schmear of hummus on my breakfast sandwich and they didn't hesitate to get it done (apparently this isn't possible in Naples). It was SO GOOD, just like I would make at home. THANK YOU Cape Coral/Pine Island Morning Team, y'all made my morning! Other Paneras could learn a lot from this team!!!

Just had the chicken and peperoni sandwich from Panera.
This will be the last time!
Everything was fine until I got home and broke out with an allergic reaction.
I've eaten here many time but have never had this type of reaction.

I normally have an incredible experience at this location. Today was different a small older lady took my order and started screaming at me because she didn't know how to ring in my order. Clearly she has zero customer service skills. It was very disturbing, being in sales I also try to provide a comfortable pleasant experience to any customers. This was one of the worst interactions I've ever had with an employee in my 43 years of living.

My daughter and I came for lunch. I ordered a sandwich and soup and my daughter got soup as well. My sandwich was not what I thought I ordered and Ashley was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. I was very impressed. The service was beyond my expectations. The food was delicious as always. We will continue to make Panera one of our usual dining places.

Panera Bread is a culinary gem located in the Coral Walk plaza that offers a remarkable dining experience. great menu, attentive staff, and inviting ambiance, it's a delight from start to finish. What sets it apart is the convenience of having Menchie's frozen yogurt right next door. Indulge in a delectable meal and cap it off with a personalized frozen yogurt creation. It's a winning combination that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended!

Delicious food made quickly. Love the green tea they have! It's not especially cheap, though. I have to get some of the broccoli cheese soup every time I eat here, although I have to keep my eyes averted from the bakery to avoid buying everything there also.
