Rib City

Had a delicious meal at Rib city, great service and the food was fresh. This rib city always provides good service and food. Delicious cheese fries and chicken tenders ( we get them mild) I actually think Rib City is the BEST place for boneless chicken tenders; they are soft kind of like Publix ones & the outside isn't too crunchy & good flavor- if you have never tried get the loaded cheese fries and chicken tenders . Best spicy ranch too! 😋

Okay, this place is more or less a hit and miss. Every time I try to give this place a second chance. They find something to Mess up from not giving You the food that You paid for promising to give You discounts later that No One can Find Or serving you food That seems to be on the stove for a very long time and dried out. Maybe they only do this for the take out orders and save only the good stuff for the people in the Restaurant. there are young teens that they have working up at the front Entrance taking orders And answering phone calls. They seem to be more interested in playing with each other. Than to be making sure customers are satisfied. They can't even make sure that the orders are correct. Obviously they are not checking them before they walk out the door everyone is quick to say that sorry and say, we'll give you a discount next time. They never write it down and when you go in and ask for it. Everyone looks at you like you're a martian from another planet. I usually go to mission barbecue where the service is awesome. I tried to get this place a second chance to prove to me that they are worthy of me eating there. And here again they have failed my advice to you is don't take out check your orders. And if they promise you a discount on your next order, just forget about it. I know I won't be eating there anytime soon again.

Got the beef brisket, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. Everything was very tasty, I was surprised at how tender the brisket was for coming in later in the day. Our servers were super helpful, and the food was super tasty. My first time at a Rib City, was pleasantly surprised! Wouldn’t figure this restaurant as a chain based off the service at this location.

Unless going out with others, if just family then I like sitting at a booth for a little privacy. I have a young son who likes chicken nuggets and cheese fries, no problem here. I get a cold mug with beer and the ribs (and variety of sauces) are great. The side orders are good too, just wish (and since we are in Florid) that they had rice & beans in their menu. The employees are all nice and the place is clean.

My first time eating dinner at RIB CITY, I have to say the food was outstanding. The ribs fell off the bone shrimp, which was delicious green beans, and coleslaw was great, and our waitress was very prompt and courteous. I will be going back to try different item on the menu.. Definitely a satisfied customer.

Stopped in for a good bbq dinner. Ordered brisket and ribs. Brisket was ok, seemed to be broiled and not smoked. The ribs were awesome. Both the babybacks and St Louis were tender and tasty. Bbq sauces were ok, service was torally stellar. Drink never below half empty and the servers were top notch. 10 stars!
