The staff here always gets our order on point and even remember our regular toppings/bread type, hot or cold, ect.; Excellent staff. Excellence in (very fast) service. Lots of extras too like free WiFi access provided to customers, and the location I go to in Cape Carteret, NC is conjoined w/ a gas station inside.

Edit on below review from a couple years ago...not sure if management or ownership has changed but they have definitely stepped up their game...super impressed with the turnaround!Ridiculous....unprofessional staff...filthy soda machine...vacuuming with customers in the store....won't answer the phone...I could go on and on

I eat here about once a week. The sandwiches are good, but what really keeps me coming back is the people and atmosphere. Smiling faces and super friendly employees! Clean restaurant, spotless tables. Highly recommend!"

First time being there and the food was awesome. Wasnt too expensive either and the staff was very friendly. Overall great experience. Just wish they would put one in Jacksonville.

Much much much better than a subway type place. I think they had better selection than Jersey Mike's. I'd say similar to a dibellas (not sure if there are those around here). Kids subs are good size and prices are reasonable. I heard other people talking about the milkshakes but didn't have one of those myself

This is the first time I went here. Their sandwiches are pretty good. The unique thing about this place is that you fill in your order on long cards and give the card to the associate. Then he/she knows how to make your sandwich. I would come back if I was in the area.

Today was my first time eating here and I was not disappointed. I ordered a gyro sub and a drink. The sub had a lot of meat and the bread was really good. I will definitely be back. I may try other subs to give a more broad and accurate review.

Stopped in here today as it had been a while, but usually good. It was again today. I like the order process of writing on a selected bag the exact sandwich, toppings, dressings, size and sides you desire. It makes the order process very easy. I hadn't tried any of their "specialty" sandwiches and decided to try their Bahn Mi. I am glad I did. While it is not the same as at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, it is good for a chain. Good flavors and nice heat. The sandwich in my pics is of my wife's fully custom Italian grinder. My sandwich disappeared too fast to photo.
Their house potato chips are really good, especially if you like salt & pepper on your chips. I do prefer when they bagged them in store instead of pre-bagged.
Overall a pretty good spot for a sandwich at a decent price.

A kid named josh served me and he was super friendly. It was a fun experience and tasted awesome!! It joined into the handy mart next door so it was a total one stop for the right person!! Perfect on the way home!
