Worse McDonalds around. 9 times out of 10 they don’t give us our complete order, so now, we look at everything before leaving drive thru. Manager has been rude on several occasions when we don’t get all our food and request it. Poorly managed and ran. Staff doesn’t care. Drive thru is way too slow for no reason at all. Wait in drive thru is always 10-20 minutes even if no one is there. Wait time in drive thru, bad customer service and wrong orders is why we try to stay clear of this McDonalds! You have been warned!

It's McDonald's. It's gross the staff doesn't care at all. I showed my sloppy chicken sandwich to the manager and she looked at me like I was the problem. Mayo squeezing out the sides of the bun, chicken halfway even on the bun while the lettuce was chillin on the side of it all! Management 0 kitchen staff -5 and customer service -400. You couldn't pay me to spend money in such an establishment.

This was the worst experience..the lil Hispanic lady evidently got irritated when I asked that my order come the way I asked for it, then as she grunted on her way off..I asked for the manager Jacob, whom didn't seem to care, and got my food and guess what..still no cheese...I nvr stop her and now I remember why..too scared to eat now .so sandwich is goin on trash...

Another bad trip to this location place is dirty the wait for food was 20min and they were not busy tables were dirty floor was gross.. and it was 7:30pm not a busy time no need for it to be like this.. Came at noon and the kids area was dirty had breakfast foods all over the floor I have a 2 year old so I walked the play area with him and you can tell no one gets in there and cleans it. I also don’t like that men come to the kids area with no kids and just sit and watch very concerning. And I don’t get paid from this company not sure why they insist on me placing my own order then walking over to the counter to a payed employee to do the processes over with them when the system doesn’t do what I want or to pay.

I know it's a McDonald's, but the fact remains. No matter the cost, paid for items shouldn't come out cut on the bun and old enough to taste like jerky. After 700 miles, this just doesn't hit the spot. #hungrytrucker P.S. Wash the soda fountain out front. My Diet Coke tastes like mildew....what a day.
