Every time we go there nothing is ever right in the drive thru. I ordered the cinnamon biscuits today, I have never had anything so disgusting as they were. Never again!

Friendly service. They make me feel like family instead of a customer. Always greeted with smile and sometimes a hug.

Overall I like the service and the food!! The problem I had was I asked for a steak and egg biscuit and the cashier rang it up as bacon and egg biscuit! I did not realize the mistake until I got home!! After reading a good amount of reviews I see a pattern of mistakes being made on orders and condiments!! They need to pay attention better!!

This is one of the best Bojangles that I have been to. I have been in most of them! My Grandfather Richard Thomas was one of the founders of Bojangles and would be thrilled to know that the great people working here are friendly and courteous serving hot fresh food! Dirty rice was perfect today! Thank you!

Not a single employee that I watched through the drive thru window had their mask covering their nose. And they're preparing food? Yikes.

For starters the inside employee told me I chose right to come in dinning area to do my order cause the young girl in drive threw was messing up.

They messed my order up again.
They need to know difference in Cajun tenders and regular.

Stood at the counter for over a minute. Finally an employee walked by and said we will be with you in a minute. Stood there another minute. Finally walked out and went down to McDonald's and they gladly took my money.
