The last four times I have stopped at this Boston Market they have been out of what I’ve ordered. I’m not even ordering the same meal every time. I’m sure the only reason this location stays in business is because there isn’t another location nearby. I should add, that I’m not even stopping in near closing time.
Edited for response to owner: Vendor supply issues? I was speaking of food, not their containers. I would think your food vendors are sourced in the US, not out of the country which is causing the supply chain issues. I think the real issue is with your planning and inventory, you guys simply need to do better. You have been located there for quite some time. You need a better grasp on your customer base and what they are ordering. Also, when you put out coupons for one day only, I recommend making more of that food as most will tend to want to purchase it that day.

I am appalled that anyone would serve a side in the appearance to an customer. The steamed vegetables were black in color, not to temperature, old, and unappetizing. The other sides I ordered with my family meal were also not to temperature and watery. This use to be a good location. After the 1st hiccup I decided to give them another try. But after this I may just stick to going elsewhere. I understand we are in a pandemic and all places are short staffed, but to serve food you probably wouldn't eat yourself or give to a dog is inexcusable.

Thank you to those 3 ladies were hard at work and yet very patient with my order. Thank you to the sweet lady at the window for the pleasant service and recommending the sweet potatoes!! Can't wait to come back and visit! (To all the customers, don't forget to use your manners! It goes a long way!)

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE! You’re able to order what you want online and then the store tells you they are out of that item after you’ve already paid. Then store manager tells you she can’t return your money and you have to email someone to get a refund. If I can’t get 2 of the 4 meals I ordered, I wanted to cancel the entire order so my family and I can choose somewhere else to eat together! It’s been 4 days and that person has not responded to me. My money has been stolen! I want my $42.89 back!!!!!

The place wasn't busy. The drive through employee wasn't very friendly. My 2.99 slice of cake wasn't in bag. I looked before driving away. I was given a very sad looking slice of chocolate cake.

Placed an online order to be picked up about 16:00, on Sunday (superbowl sunday). Got to the restaurant to pick up my order, to find the restaurant closed. I payed on line, so far did not receive a refund, also have not received a call back from anyone at the restaurant.
Boston Market definitely lost my business.

Gone downhill substantially in recent months. Today, drive through was closed for some reason. Staff was rude and unfriendly, my wife's roasted potatoes were uncooked, raw, and hard, and my 1/2 chicken was missing a whole wing. This picture is exactly as I opened my food... Seriously?

I ordered a chicken pot pie that wasn’t the right mix of vegetables chicken and sauce. It was mostly chicken and the sauce that was there was sticky not creamy. I threw it away
