Slow & Disgusting! It took 10 minutes for me to get my order. Once I got it, there was no cheese on the burger like I had ordered it, i took it back up, they just threw a piece of cheese on it (which the manager ordered). After I sat back down, I realized my bottom bun was completely soaked through with grease and the patty was old. This location has a poor excuse for a manager, Ashleigh. Oh, and the sandwich maker had a cough...gross!! On top of that, I had to ask the MANAGER for my zesty sauce for my onion rings.

After 23 minutes of waiting, they never gave me my whopper. The manager argued with me and said they don't serve them in the morning normally. Nationally they do as far as I can tell. I'm not sure they even gave me a refund.
A few weeks later they reached out to me and offered a free meal so I raised them a star. Not the best service ever, but at least they cared enough to try to reach out.

Walter is the best manager I've seen run a store. I worked for mcdonalds for 3 years and he's wonderful! Cares about his customers and makes sure you have fresh food...I can't speak for drive thru but the dining area is perfect!

The food looks like it was prepared in a hurry.
They should hire MORE and better staff. At least the cashiers are personable and attempt to provide great service.

Absolutely terrible! The dining area was utterly disgusting the food was made in a hurry but was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for at least an hour and the cashier was very rude and unhelpful.

Not hearing impaired friendly grandmother went ther since her surgery tried to order food she couldnt hear at the drive thru when she pulled up to window to exsplain and ask for manager they wouldnt serve her shame on them

Waited way to long to even be noticed at the counter. They had no problems helping the drive thru people tho. Terrible
