While the wait was long, my experience was worth it for the most part. When we arrived, we were waiting for about 15 minutes for large enough seating. Once seated, I noticed that the eating area wasn't very clean (the waitress did a quick wipe of the table) but that was taken care by a napkin swipe. the waitress took our orders for the chef soon after being seated. I and a few of my family members ordered some drinks + water for everyone, and we received our drinks maybe 25 minutes after ordering. I get it, it was busy. No worries. A chef came to our table but it was the wrong chef, so we had to wait a bit more. After about 30 minutes of waiting, our chef came, and he surely cheffed it up! The food was wonderful - my steak to a perfect medium - and the chef very polite and funny. Overall, pretty good! I'd return again.

The serve was awful there was a big party of 15 people. And our table was the same amount we got there at 8 pm and we didn't get serviced until 10pm the food was prepared in front of us, they tried to put on a show but we told them don't bother with that just cooked our food! When they got through with the food we all asked for to go containers. I will never go back there. When I got home I gave my food to my nephew, it was nasty!

The worst Japanese restaurant I’ve ever ate at. Waited about 30 minutes to eat despite being the only customer in the building. Soup came cold, there was a bone and hair in one of the nigiri we ordered, and was forced to pay a 18% gratuity tax on our subtotal + tax (for a party of 4), which was really confusing and we were told that we could not adjust our tip. If it were up to me we wouldn’t have tipped half of that. I’ve been here a handful of times and each time the service and quality of food gets worse. Will never be returning. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Try out OSushi or anywhere else.

The food is good. But the staff is rude as heck! Our waitress said we could move spots and when the hostess came in to seat other people she yelled at us ! Even the other guest looked at her like she was nuts ! I couldn’t beleive how she yelled though it was so humiliating. My husband told her our waitress said we could move and she was even more rude !! She said “ I’m your host I tell you where to sit you listen to me “ SO RUDE !! And then when we asked for a manager she saw us going to talk to them and she said who are going to talk to and we said the person at front .. she said THEY DONT MATTER ! Like oh my gosh! SO FRUSTRATING!! To think I talked my husband into coming here instead of another restaurant .. just frustrating.. our night is ruined now thanks to this rude lady! I posted a picture of her as well. She completely ruined our experiance and it’s just so unfair because this has been my all time favorite place until today !! I am just crushed !!

This was disgusting it cost $60.00 and the sushi was literally dried out and the soups had zero flavor what so ever even the shrimp smelled like it had been left out for too long this definitely could not have been up to code. Also these were the smallest sushi rolls I’ve ever seen from a restaurant.

This use to be a really great spot however service and food quality has decreased over the years. Just left eating dinner and gratuity was already added to our checks of 18%. The gratuity wasn't mentioned upon arrival, after our meals were ordered or upon presenting the check. The rice was crunchy which is sad but our chef was legit the best part of the meal! Unfortunately have to remove them from my go to restaurant.

Food was amazing. The chefs were quick but entertaining. Our waitress didn't really care for her. Could be the language barrier, overworked. She did have to serve 40+ people in our party. However our party was split between 2 tables and NOT served at the same time. All in all I enjoyed my 1st time experience. I would definitely come back just with less people. This place gives you ALOT of food. I also didn't appreciate the tip already calculated in my bill. The waitress made very good money today. Hopefully the hugh tip will give her a better attitude.

Went here tonight for my daughter's birthday and right from the beginning it started off awkward. Waited a few minutes to be greeted, no big deal, but mind you it was not busy at all. Host tried to rush us to the table even though I told him I was waiting for my six year old daughter who was in the bathroom. We get seated and they take our drink order then tell us we have to move from the place they seated us at. Whatever, we move and the waitress takes our order, well only half of it before she just walked off without taking my girlfriend's order. I let the other server know that we needed to finish our order but there was an argument between a few servers in front of all the guest. Finally order all the food and wait for our appetizers. They never came and we were served our main course. The hibachi chef was good but the waitress was bad. Finish our meal and let the waitress know we didn't get a few things that we ordered and didn't want to be charged for the kissing items. She nonchalantly says she forgot and cashes us out. After paying and tipping the chef money we see that they charged us a tip without telling us. We speak to a manager and she says she will reverse the charge but nothing yet. I say go somewhere else. The whole experience was just awkward. Will update if they make good on their word.
