If it were possible to give a 0 star rating I most definitely would. The man that I'm assuming was the manager was so rude. We started our experience with him seating a group of 4 that came in after us before the two of us were seated. We were than told it would be a ten minute wait which was bizarre since the dining room was basically empty. All while the wait staff noticed us standing there and never even acknowledged our existence. Than when we were seated we began to look around and saw how absolutely disgusting and dirty everything was. There were so many tables full of dirty plates and dirty dishes, and the booth we were seated at was covered in this mysterious white substance. I have never gone to restaurant and thought to myself that I needed to run home and shower due to how filthy a place was before today. After we ate I had paid with a gift card and the remaining balance with my credit card. I had noticed the waitress paid the entire balance with my credit card and when I asked for a receipt stating that I had a refund sent to my credit card the manager was so rude and told me that there was no receipt in such a dismissive and bothersome way. This was bar none the worse experience I've ever had anywhere and will never be return to this location or anything other location again. If you value your time, your money and your stomachs go literally anywhere else.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Our meals were delivered quickly. I was especially impressed with our waitress, Kayla C. She was most helpful with our meals choices. Then as I was visiting with another guest at a different table when my food was delivered; Kayla came to where I was to ensure I knew she had put my breakfast on my table.

I didn't even get to eat here. I had to wait three minutes for the young lady at the front desk to take a phone in order. When I said we would like a table for two I was told there would be a thirty minute wait. I could see at least right open tables from the entry. Obviously this establishment doesn't want your business. Seat your patron, get a beverage in front of them and serve them as quickly as you can. Save the sale. Don't send business away. Non-service is worse than poor service.

It had been a few years in between visits. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. When a restaurant isn’t busy, has low staffing and has half of their lights out, you know why. This Canton location has been struggling for years. The food was fine this time, but the service wasn’t, yet again.

I am very patient and understanding with service workers, however i am blown away by how god awful the employees here are. every time i’ve gone in, the employees walk past me multiple times without even acknowledging my existence. i get it if they are busy, but it takes no time to say “someone will be right over” so at the very least i’m not being ignored. anyways, this particular visit someone actually greeted me right away! she told me the wait would be 5-10 minutes. after 10 minutes she tells me “just a couple more minutes”. okay, like i said i’m patient with service workers. at this point it’s been 20 minutes, and finally another employee comes up and seats me, to which i find a completely empty restaurant, about 2-3 tables eating. so i don’t know why i had to wait 20 minutes. anyways, when i sat down the table was dirty. the employee who sat me took my drink order, a water, and then immediately ran away. she didn’t tell me she’d be right back or anything, she didn’t tell me anyone would be right with me. i sat at the table for another 10 minutes while the other server in that area walked around aimlessly and ignored me, and i don’t know where the other girl went. so i left. i will never return to this location again, i wish they could reimburse me for the time i wasted waiting here.

Took a while to get seated though they weren't busy. The coffee pot was leaky and not sure if it was clean... Our server was great however. Food was also great.

Service was slow as could be. I was seated next to the kitchen door and overcome by the grease burning, had to change seats. Had a mushroom spinach omelette and the egg portion was so dry that I had to douse it all with ketchup and hot sauce in order to be able to eat it.

The waitresses were rude. The wait was extremely long which was fine, so we said it’s ok we will leave, an a waitress said to our face “thank God” rude atmosphere and the wait will always be about 20;30 mins
