Jimmy John's

I'm not one to complain excessively about an unfavorable quality of food due to the fluctuations in human taste, but eating from here is something that lamented me to the extent I felt compelled to write a review. As I entered the building, the smell was revolting and unpalatable it was clear the employees were distracted and disinterested. I asked regarding their options and briefly asked for an explanation as to how it would be served (given I don't go to Jimmy John's much) and they explained in terms of a comparison subway. For a good few minutes, I was essentially spoon-fed information as to why their bread quality and options are superior (despite clearly being far beyond the prices offered at the other aforementioned chain). One employee went to the extent of attempting to explain why subway bread is or should be classified as cake or something of the sort under a foreign country's laws. I requested to see the sizes of their breads, and they proceed to cut one up and glare me down as if my refusal to order from here thereafter had just prompted them 'extra work' of sorts by having to cut a foot long. Short of coercion, I was essentially compelled to order from the glances I received and bought a veggie sandwich. Thereafter, it tasted absolutely abhorrent to the lame tongue and I suspected cross-contamination as there was no indication of a glove or knife change between meat and veggie products. Overall, this was not a fulfilling experience and it is just not worth your buck. Notwithstanding that even, it's just an unpleasant environment to put one's self in if you are just trying to enjoy a quick sandwich. There are several other options in the vicinity that one can make do with, rather than being placed in this situation.

I give only 3 stars here, not for the lack of service or politeness of employees, but to what an employee was doing while taking my order. This male worker could not stop sneezing over the cash till and the prep bar without a maak!! He Didnt even step aside to address the situation by covering his mouth!- I was disappointed and angry, but I already placed the order and did not want to be a Karen (troublemaker) so I continued the purchase, walked out and threw out the sandwich. I know it's just a one time thing, but I still wont go back ...sorry guy's.

Absolutely the slowest location! My job is literally 1 min down the street it will take them 10–15min from when they say it’s out for delivery. Always order my food half an hour before my actual lunch and it’s still never ready or here by the time we go to lunch. And when you complain that half your order is not correct or you barely get anything they don’t care or offer complementary anything for their mess ups.

Really annoyed with this location. I payed $16 for 2 sandwiches on 1/3/21 and the bread was dry as bone. I buy day old bread that is always fresher than what I was given today as my "freshly made" sandwich. I used my rewards for a free bag of chips and they forgot to give it to me. Worst bread I've had ever at a jimmy johns. I'll go to another location next time.

Ordered for delivery. Order left the store at 11:21am, we are one mile away. By 11:45am (24 minutes later) we still had not received our 'freaky fast' delivery. I called the store to make sure everything was okay. She told me she only had one driver and he had taken four deliveries at once so he would be to our house 'soon'. I asked if she had any idea when, and she said no, I have no idea. Freaky fast? How about staff up for lunch time on a Saturday?
