Is sad to say this, but the variety, the service , quality and flavor is much better than the ones in South Carolina. I really enjoyed to take breakfast here today and to see all these different options extra that they have here.

Okay...I'm a huge fan of Panera but ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning and had to search for the egg. A $5 sandwich that is not worth the value. At least I received my entire order this time but this location needs to do better with providing a quality product.

It was a little sandwich, but it was good. Definitely worth five stars because of the lady behind the counter. Great service. Made us smile, supported our food choice, had funny comments. I'd go again.

I wish I could give zero stars. No body really cares at this location about the quality of food being served. The sandwich fell apart in the oven and they did not even have the courtesy to make it better. Forgot to give our sides with the order. All the staff are more interested in chatting among themselves rather than serving customers.

They came close but missed the mark
I loved Panera, haven't had in awhile. I decided to order delivery tonight. IMO.. the broccoli cheese soup was just a little salty, but edible. I also ordered a margherita flatbread. If they would have given it 4 more minutes of fire, and I wouldn't have received it ice cold, could have been great. Sad to leave this review but I'm just giving my experience

Recently got the unlimited coffee thing and started visiting this store. I've given them at least 8 tries now. Every single time it's been: Horrible service. Horrible food. Microwaved? Thrown together. Falling apart. Coffee never prepared as ordered. EVER. Mobile orders handed out missing half the order. EVERY TIME. LIKE HOW??? HOW CAN IT BE SO BAD? EVERY TIME. It's so reliably bad I would bet $ my order will be messed up in SOME way. I won't be back. They even inspired me to cancel the subscription because there's no other Paneras convenient on my commute, and it's just not worth it.

I love panera but this is my most worst experience. The worst service I have ever seen when compared to other panra. The sandwich that ordered had only tomato but charged for the entire full toppings. I have never seen such best sandwich in this entire world. Atleast honesty from them saying that the topping are not available would have been nice. The order placed was not handled properly, sides were missed in the package. The service was terrible. All they cared is about chatting and having fun among themselves which is not wrong but treating and looking into customer's orders is also equally important. The very first and worst experience. Not even worth giving a single star!

I worked at Panera back when it wasn’t even Panera. It was St. Louis Bread Co. the quality was so great. Food tasted good price was affordable. Quantity was fulfilling. Now it’s horrible food that’s bit expensive.
The spinach parmesan bagel with salsa cream cheese was amazing.
The chicken chili soup would hit the spot on a cold day.
Yesterday the chicken noodle soup was the worse. My little one left it. What kid doesn’t finish chicken noodle soup. And the price increase on group soup like why. Nothing changed so why such a increase.
Just saying Panera.... it was good the way it was.

Ordered at pick up window chicken salad, they forgot the chicken and mixed old lettuce and fruit with a bit fresher, also the core from the lettuce was in the salad. Daughter had a sandwich that she orders all the time and she said everything tasted old. So sorry to see the demise of Panera.

This is the last straw. Piss poor management and horrifying experiences. I keep going back to this location ONLY because it's close to home. Yesterday I stopped for a breakfast sandwich. The bagel was so burnt it wasn't edible and then to top it off there was a long black hair cooked into the cheese. I had used the drive thru so I didn't realise this until I was back home. I called and spoke to the manager and he couldn't have cared less. He says oh that happens

It was great. Never been to this location. Everybody was friendly and attentive. Plenty of room to find a seat even though they were busy. Food was fast and correct. And of course good. Nothing bad to say.

Got a ancient grain and arugula salad. Doesn’t look anything like the picture on the menu. A whole salad didn’t even fill up half the bowl.

I just paid $10 for a menu item they apparently Changed and kept the same name. The sandwich is 2 inches long ! What the hell panera! I'm never coming here again

Just got a Sierra turkey with lettuce and looked at my sandwich to see my lettuce had dirt in it! I'm very disappointed with my meal and now need to find something else for dinner.
