Kentucky Fried Chicken

I stopped in to get a 16 piece bucket at the Marietta Hwy location. Best service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant, and definitely my favorite KFC location! JB at the register was fantastic, funny, and gave such a friendly local feel that absolutely sold me. As long as JB is there, this KFC will forever be my go to dinner! They have huge fried chicken pieces! GO NOW!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. when i called to speak with a manager over the fact i waited 10 min at the drive thru with no line to be told that they are extremely busy. not to mention the manager sounded high out of his mind!! this is also the SECOND time this has happened now. don’t bother going here.

Unfortunately because of all the short staffing lack of people that want to work. I tried to wait in line but it was too long they only have drive-thru available it is not the restaurant's fault but I couldn't wait in line as long as it was taking I had to leave it's a shame I've eaten there before and the food was hot well prepared and the people inside are quite friendly. Will definitely eat there again it's a local restaurant and I love their pot pies. LOL Had an update was back at KFC today and the wait was very short the staff quickly and efficiently did the order I'm very happy to say that I was very pleased both with the employees management and the food as always I recommend it we're just having tough times now with people help. Enough said

Calling this place Kentucky Fried Chicken is false advertising. In their own words, “We ain’t got no chicken.” Also in their own words, “We can’t refund your money for online orders, you’ll have to call the website” So you can’t give me the chicken I ordered and you can’t give me my money back. Funny how that all works in your favor, isn’t it?
