Chipotle Mexican Grill

Highly disappointed in both the food and service! This is the kids quesadilla, they cook it with the tin foil on. It sat cooking for longer than 10 minutes and I had to remind the person working that I was waiting for it. The tin foil is so stuck to the food that it probably will not be edible! They were out of peppers and onions and the brown rice is hard. They were less than friendly. You can either tell that they are new or just don’t care in service or food quality. I’m not sure if there was a manager working, but they really need someone to go in and train and ensure things are running correctly. It’s a very busy place and I won’t be back if this is what I will get! From reading other reviews, this is a consistent issue. Hope they fix it!

I would like to start out saying, we walked in and instantly were frustrated by the line, however it went quite fast. The staff were joking and being so kind and friendly. They had a great crew tonight- wanted to give them all a shout out. I noticed they were short staffed and even saw one of the employees feel defeated and take a deep breathe as more people entered but again when it was our time to order he was playful with myself and husband. The young lady checking us out was playful and kind, the young lady who was cooking and prepping was joining in as well! I haven’t been into this location in a long while because it seemed as though every time we went in, they were out of something and rude. That’s exactly why I’m giving a shout out to the crew this evening! I hope someone higher up sees this, they deserve recognition for handling it well and restoring our faith. Kudos to all of you! Don’t let anyone steal your joy!

I love Chipotle and nothing complained, but I just wanted to share you have to place order online or app in advance and then go pickup there. They don't take any order at the counter due to short hands situation which many places are struggling right now. This is as of 6/18/22. I would recommend to check with them if you still have to place order in advance or they can take order at the counter.

Recently ordered online and our entire order was wrong, and the order wasn’t even ready until 10 minutes after the time we set up. Also had issues with making sure the order time was what we wanted within the app. Ordered a burrito, and got a bowl instead (with corn added that we didn’t want). The other was missing only sour cream. Overall, a bad experience.

This is the worst Chipotle. We ordered online, my son drove to pick it up. He got there 9:43p. The order was not ready. He was told they had no white rice. He said he can take it without rice, then they told him they are actually closed and gave him a website to claim the refund. This is the second time in a row this place disappoints us and we don’t order out often. Never again.
