Was a nice place. I assume with getting more customers they become less interested in good service. Giving 2 stars only because it used to be a good place. Don’t expect to get your order in time. Especially if you order online.

it's great and food was awesome never been there before rush they would put one closer to Flint like the grand Blanc, Fenton, Lapeer area we would go allot. u pick the size of pizza u want and can add whatever toppings you like it was great

Sorry to say disappointing. Seems like the product isn't it product isn't it what is it used to be.. Crust tasted kind of flat and dense. Ingredients just didn't taste that fresh. Will try again but if it doesn't impress I'll chock it up to one more large corporation chain restaurant ruining a good product

Good food. It's nice that the prices haven't risen like everywhere else, but the pizzas are skimpier on the toppings.

This has to be one of the slowest Mods chain we have ever been to.
This is Our 5th time at this location waiting in a line for at-least an hour ! EMPLOYEES HERE HAVE 0 PERSONALITY.

Being a fairly new vegan, I am constantly looking for good take out. Mod Pizza fits the bill!
Their gluten free crust and dairy free cheese are excellent. The one price pizza allows me to add a ton of wonderful toppings.
The staff is outstanding. All were cheerful and helpful to this first timer.
I will be back soon!
