Review Ihop - Canton

Waitress was nice. Getting the food took a long time. I asked for no pickles no onions I got extra pickles and extra onions. The waitress put the order in correctly apparently the kitchen staff can't read.

I can only blame myself for continuing to frequent this location after several failed attempts. Everytime we order to go it is a complete miss. The order either comes out sloppy or incorrect. The past few times its been incorrect by something so simple as adding sausage to an omelet. Yet each time they offer a credit, we accept it, only to use the credit and still have our order messed up. This will be the last time. There is a cracked barrel near by and another ihop off 92 we will try those.

Oreo Cookie Pancakes. Sooooo delicious! Great service. Great food.

Katie is a very good server. She takes care of our orders quickly and always make sure we’re topped off on drinks. If you’re stopping by, ask for her! Food is very good, and they’re always quick to make amends on messups. Would recommend this ihop

I love IHOP. At this location, our food was great and the staff was super nice. We did have dinner at 5 so not many people were there, so I don't know what it's like when it's busier. Also the location is pretty convenient next to TJ Maxx, Target and other popular retailers.

We had a wonderful breakfast! Service was quick and friendly. Our waitress ( ANDREA J ) was wonderful!! She was friendly and served our breakfast just as we ordered. Thank you so much and god bless u! We appreciated the best quality of service today!!✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

I recently placed a curbside order for food that never came. I first must admit it was a busy Sunday morning and the restaurant was quite packed. However, I placed my order and waited in the desired spot and called. At first no one answered. Then my second call the person who answered didn't mention anything about not following through with our order but just that it might be delayed. Well over an hour later is more than just a slight delay. Meanwhile, while waiting I chatted with the car next to me which was there first and they were still waiting. Then I noticed more cars waiting and no staff members delivering food. I did however, see several door dash drivers go in and out with bags of food but no one was delivering food to the curbside people. I tried calling at this point to cancel my order and the phone message was "we're not accepting calls at this time". Nice. I understand that this may have been a very busy time or even the possibility of being short staffed, but it's not an excuse for poor service or at least letting your patrons know what is going on. The car next to me was a lady and her two children, so that's a bit more risky for a parent to shuffle her crew inside a packed restaurant during a pandemic. I feel like this could have better handled. My food never came, I had to open a dispute with my bank because I was charged in advance online and no one at this restaurant accepted any phone calls. I'm disappointed that I missed out on great pancakes and quite frankly will not be back anytime soon due to my terrible experience.
