Terrible service. Employees are beyond rude and roll their eyes when customers simply walk through the door, bread is never cooked on time (I suppose in an effort to avert serving customers) so customers end up giving up waiting and leaving with no order, and employees whisper and laugh about customers while serving. It’s ridiculous, disrespectful and the times I have returned, I have hoped for different employees but the same 3 continue to be employed here. This is no way to conduct business. I have seen numerous places where canton residents complain about this stores service. It’s worth the while to drive to a farther subway.

Called twice to have a catering order placed because it was less then 24 hours. No one picked up the phone or called me back. Each message I gave my name and number three times. Also stated it was for a funeral. Got no response. Guess I’ll go with Tubbys
