Great Food and Service! Went on a busy night after a football game and sat our party of 8 very quickly. Waiter was very attentive and checked on us for refills more often than most which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend and return!

Ordered for the first time last night. I ordered a shrimp fiesta quesadilla. Barely any shrimp in the quesadilla. Not feeling well afterwards. I won't be ordering from here again. Should have known when my food was on the way in less than 10 minutes.

Put order through GrubHub and driver accidentally picked up and delivered someone elses order to me.
When I called to inform the restaurant of the issue, manager was extremely rude, would not listen, did not care that I had been delivered wrong order and kept blaming GH driver. That is no way for management to treat customers. Totally did not expect the restaurant to do anything other than hear me out and make an attempt to care. I'll never order from this restaurant again . GH was awesome at helping me with the issue, listened and made corrections and adjustments to the order.
This manager needs schooling in customer service or doesn't need to be a manager. This manager has made me so angry that I am spreading the word through social media to let everyone know what a jersey this guy is.

This restaurant used to be my favorite. I don't know what happened... If they have a new chef but for the last 2 visits the food has been really dissapointing... and so as service... and the prices increased, it is ok, I understand that costs are higher but not ok when the quality of the food declines. The margarita fresca also used to be great and the last time was awful. Also this place need to be more cleaner, I saw tables rotating and they just quickly wipe not sanitizing the table or the seats. Not ok during this pandemic.

I am very impressed that even during Covid-19, that Las Palmas is delivering a very high quality of service. I highly recommend this restaurant in the local Canton area
