Review Little Caesars - Canton

Of I could leave 0 stars I would. We recently placed a large order for my sons birthday party. We started handing out pizza and realized that there was something in the dough. What it looked like was mold to be honest. We called the store to try and figure out if it was safe or if we should bring it it in. We are asked if they use black dye for the Batman pizza and if some of the dye got into a non-Batman pizza. They said that it was safe to eat and their machines leave a residue in the dough sometimes. We tried to get clarification on what the residue was but they didn’t know. We asked to speak to the manager to get more clarification and requested a refund or to bring it in and replace it for a new batch due to our concern of mold. The manager was rude and hung up on us. I feel like it was a valid concern since the food smelled spoiled as well. Some pizza was eaten before we realized there was an issue with the dough and subsequently got sick the next day. I would not buy pizza from this location again. The least they could have done was replaced the affected pizza. I don’t think we were being rude or unreasonable.

Had great service at this location. Called ahead to make sure they would still be open as my GPS placed me there at one minute until close. These guys were extremely accommodating and even baked my pizza so close to closing time! Would definitely come back if I'm in the area! 5⭐️

They were super busy with only a few workers. There were some not so patient or kind customers. The employees still worked their hardest and fastest. They all got a tip from us for dealing with the other, not so kind, customer so well. Food was great. Be more appreciative of your food workers.( This was Sunday, 3-13-22 around 6:30-7).

I rarely give a one star review but I can find very little positive things to say about this store. The employees are not customer friendly. The first incident was I had made an order on the app, I went to pick it up and noticed they had a drive thru so I went drove thru to be told that I was not allowed to pick up there and had walk in to get it.. the second time I ordered through the app it malfunctioned and did not give me a code to get my pizza out of the portal and was to that they couldn't give it to me without a code even though I showed where I had ordered and paid for it on the app. The third time I ordered with the app I ordered and paid for several pizzas for my daughters birthday several hours in advance with a set pickup time. I went to pick them up and I had to argue with an employee and a manager because they couldn't find the order even though I showed them on the app that they were ordered and paid for. After 30 minutes they finally started to make the order which made me late getting back for the party. This last time I called in and made a small order they told me 30 minutes before it would be ready... no problem... I show up to pick up my order and they didn't have the order again and after 15 minutes of them trying to figure it out and me showing I did call the right store for the order I had to wait for them to make it. I order ahead so I don't have to wait and still with this store that seems to be what I do

This waste worst experience I have ever had. The employees made me pull up and wait, then they were standing in the windows in the lobby dancing around waving out the windows. I waited about 20 min then I went and knocked and they said oh sorry we have 10 online orders. Then why are you dancing in the windows and why is my pizza cold

Aailyah the manager was extremely sweet! I ordered a fresh bread and she made it perfectly! The cheese , the garlic .yum yum good . I go every Wednesday and she is kind every time! Please give her a raise !

4/9/22 approx. 1:15pm I went thru the drive-thru and ordered 1 Hot n Ready pepperoni pizza. I was prepared to pay $5.55 because I recently seen a commercial saying so. The boy at the window said it would be $6. no big deal, the price must’ve raised again. I handed him a $10 and a few seconds later he opened the window and said that all they had ready was a cheese. Since both of the pull up and wait spots were full, I decided to just take it. The boy proceeded to hand me $3 change from the $10 and when I said I’m gonna need another dollar, you only gave me $3, he said oh, the cheese is $7 now 😳 for one less ingredient, a dollar more? no thanks. We’d much rather order from another pizza place if the prices are the same now.

Absolutely love this location! Young man Jayron who is often working is so sweet an polite! Gave him a big tip. I never have problems when I come to order! Tusc location rocks!! Keep up the good work!!
