Primavera's food was excellent, the atmosphere was nice (not overly crowded), service was personable, and they have a descent wine selection. Overall 9 out of 10. I only take off a little for mediocre chairs (now that is being obsessive).
Owner is a jerk, food was just ok, a bit overpriced. Hope the owners drunken friends can fund his retirement, cuz food business ain't cutting it!
