The whole store needs management and retrained. You can always rely on the cold food and wrongly made drinks! Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. If you enjoy coffee grounds in your drink and cold food served with attitude, this is the place for you!

We’ve been here 3 times and got the wrong donut, wrong type of coffee, and now — I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for a simple coffee and beyond sausage sandwich (which I was told they had). This places manager needs to be better at judging the people they hire. I stg everyone who works here is slow. I have never got what I actually ordered here.
Come here often in early mornings. Nice and quiet and very clean. Frozen matcha latte is super good.
Used to love this Dunkin but it’s went downhill the past year and a half in service quality. This time specifically that I just went, the employee couldn’t be bothered to wear his mask. It was a chin strap and pointless. Didn’t get his name because I didn’t care enough to. I’m all for taking it down
