Overall this isn't the place to go and get steaks. The Charley's at the Strip has better food and service. Think I'll be staying with that location as it seems this location lacks manners and is very quick to be rude to customers. I wish I could give less stars. Food wasn't fresh or good. Very disap
. The one in the mall I wish I could give 10 stars because the employees are out of this world . Young kids too! Peggy is doing a great job with these boys and the other manager kordell I’ve seen go out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied I absolutely recommend this location over any !

Place was clean, service was quick. They brought our to go order to us.
Got it home was hot and looked good. We got the jalapeño steak fully loaded. It was decent, would have liked the onions and jalapeños cooked with the steak and cheese though, not as fresh top
Your food is good but I was at your newest north canton ohio location and was completely grossed out by watching the cashier handle people's money and dishing up fries and other foods with the same plastic gloved hands!!!!!! She did not attempt to change her plastic gloves....I was so grossed out!!!
One of the best cheese steaks I've eaten hands down. Its the cheese that does it for me here. Overall the staff is good. There's a few weak links but that's with any place these days. I'm giving 5 stars because the food has been that good, everytime.
My favorite fast food cheesesteak! Its always great! Better than anyone else around and you see it made right in front of you! Always a quality product. Great staff at this location.
