This Taco Bell is far better than my recent visits to other Taco Bell’s in the area. My burritos were well prepared and hot. Service was fast. If I want Taco Bell again I will make sure it is at this location.

Do not order through their kiosk! I ordered waited about 30 minutes for a dine in order only for them to tell me it didn't go through on their system and that I'd have to order again. When I asked about a refund they just said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to call corporate. This happened to 3 other people all with the same response while I was there.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever for doordash!! You treat the Dashers like second class citizens and make them come in and wait forever, meanwhile pumping out order after order that's just coming through at the drive-thru. These doordash customers placed their orders before we even arrive to the restaurant. Pathetically ran system and poor management. Not only do I decline every doordash order from this Taco Bell now, but I refuse to visit it for personal orders myself. Get it together or don't take doordash orders.

Im an uber eats driver on motor bike was denied and told needed a different vehicle by man with deep voice (may 17th after midnight). Was forced to cancel the customers order. Looking to reach out to the GM and see if this can be changed its 2022 and motor bikes have become commonplace.

I ordered for pickup at the counter because I was about 5-10 minutes away. When I go to restaurant, the lobby was locked even though it isn't supposed to lock for another hour and a half. I went through the drive thru and they say they can't find my order and start arguing with me, claiming I am at the wrong restaurant. So, they tell me to go wait 'a while' and come back through the drive thru again. I waited another five minutes and go through again. They said my order is ready and to pull ahead. I go to the window and they say it isn't ready and to go wait in the parking lot and they will run it out to me. So, I ended up spending half an hour on what I thought was going to be an easy 1 minute pickup at the counter on my way home. They also gave me the wrong drink.

Honestly the worse experience I've ever had. Said we couldn't order any more bc we took all product the guy in the back was cursing at us. They were just terribly rude then we were told we aren't being served by them. I would recommend finding a new night shift. I get it bc I work fast food, but there is a time and place and it's not when they can hear you. We went to upper tusc and they were phenomenal. Will be getting a hold of Joseph any corporate about this distasteful place

It may cost a little extra in gas if you are in the S.W. end in Canton but, AVOID the "new" W. Tusc & Harrison location. They will lie to you to get out of doing their job!! Go to the Perry location on W. Tusc. You WILL get the best service that I know of there. Hot food. Fast service. They get a 10/10 from me.
