Smith's Waco Market

Worst customer service I've ever had. We came for ice cream and got 3 of the 4 items we ordered. After 20 minute I asked if they forgot about my order and they said they'll get it right out. All the ice cream we had gotten already had melted so I asked them to remake our order, they laughed at us but said yes. They we very rude about the whole situation and i don't plan on ever going back. As it turns out we're not the only ones who they forgot about and were rude to. Were also not the only customers they laughed at. I spent a total of 45 minutes waiting for 4 items.

I’ve been going here for years for their generous portions for ice cream. However this time I was very un impressed with what I received for a small cone. In times past my small cone was always 3 times this size. It’s always a special trip to come all the way out to Waco for me. For what it cost, I’m better off going somewhere else for the same price and get a larger portion. Very un impressed. I don’t recommend coming here for ice cream any more. I know they can do better…

After 10+ years of ordering and prepaying I was told today they can’t do it and their policy has changed **Unless I spend 75.00 then I HAVE to prepay** I live 2 hours away and it’s always been the tradition I prepay for it and have a family member pick it up. They lost a long time customer and lots of money :( shame

Wish I could rate 0 stars . The manager behind the hot foods was rude af! Called in and was told my food would be ready in 30 min. Then when I got there I was told 10 more min and that went on for a hour… then I was offered no discount even tho the guy worker agreed he messed up smh. The female manager was really rude & I will not be back! As a fellow manager I know that is not how you treat customers!!!!!
