Is this a joke right now? 😂 $25 for this steak and two sides and very small lime aid. This steak is literally the size of my toddlers closed fist. I’ll never waste money here again. Not to mention I had to sit there and wait in an empty parking lot for over 10 minutes and then call in to tell them again I arrived.

We came to dinner around 530 pm on a Tuesday. There wasn't anyone in the parking lot which was a little concerning but we still went in. There was a huge now hiring sign on the outside. We went in and the bartender was so amazing, came down, sat us, got us drinks and our appetizers. He was great. Said they're short staffed but was helping out. He continued to be our waiter throughout our meal and the person that gave us our food was great too! I recognized him from somewhere but as soon as I told him that he said he had worked there 15 years but is now the manager. He was great! Everyone is working together making it happen!!! They're short staffed, but who isn't, their prices went up, but whose hasn't. The long islands aren't $5 anymore but they have $4 cocktail menu. I went ahead and paid $7 something for my long island cause I know I love them, and I didn't regret it. They're struggling, like everyone else, but gosh, they are still great! Also, the food did not disappoint that sizzling chicken and cheese is still amazing!! Don't worry guys, you'll get through this tough time! Still killing it at Fridays!

I hadn't been to a TGIF's in 10+ years. We visited this Canton location. The staff gets us when we walked in & seated us right away. Our waitress, Nautica (from the receipt), was so bubbly & kind. Plus she was on top of refills without us having to ask. Our 2 appetizers, soft pretzels w/ poblano queso & potato skins w/ ranch sour cream, came out hot. They were scrumptious. Our meals were brought in perfect amount of time, too. I got mozzarella sticks w/ marinara as my meal, my younger kid got a medium rare bacon cheeseburger w/ fries, the older kid got chicken tenders w/ fries & ranch, & a friend of his got medium well 6oz sirloin w/ mashed potatoes & fries. My older son's friend said this steak was cooked perfectly & tasted amazing! Between the service we received & the delicious food, we will definitely be back! (Then only thing I miss that TGIF's got rid of are the cheddar jalapeño poppers).

Place is falling apart and dirty asked for a booth waitress wiped table down was ridiculously wet menu stuck to table then had to stand there and wait for her and had to ask her to dry it .Drip bucket for ceiling leaks right beside our table.Space heaters sat out to warm guests. Bathroom wreaked of sewer. Should have walked out. Waited 45 minutes for food that was not that great. Can't believe how bad the place is. Used to be one of my favorite places, don't recommend.

Called and ordered for pick up got there on time waited 45 min at counter b4 anyone came to check on me then the girl walked away and served her table then took their order then walked away and went to get them more drinks. Finally came over to help me got my food was not only cold but wings had a slight drizzle of sauce. Didn’t even take my money I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to come back and take my money I could have just walked out and should have never paid for this garbage store was empty as well I guess Covid made people forget how to cook and serve customers

Absolutely horrific. I’m not sure what was worse, the staff or the food. The greeter was less than friendly from the get go while our server seemed nice and charismatic in the beginning. Appetizer and drinks arrived fairly quick. The appetizers was so salty it was nearly inedible. The tea special had so much sugar in it that a sip had a chunk in my mouth. Our water glasses sat empty the majority of the evening. I had ordered a wing platter, which 20 min after ordered, was told the flavor requested was unavailable. My girlfriend ordered a burger special. 20 min after that our food arrived. Cold. Cold. Cold. Every single wing was cold to the touch and better yet, overcooked to the point of being inedible. Not to mention 15 wings should not be nearly $20. No one expects that. Yet it gets worse. Her burger which was topped with a potato wedge was so cold and over cooked that when we tried to split it in half, literally shattered far enough to the table behind us. Her burger. Stone cold and surprisingly not overcooked because it was still raw on the inside. The “melted” cheese was no longer melted. The biggest kicker though is the reaction of the server who arrived shortly after and watched us not eat our food and show absolute disgust realizing how awful it was but was reluctant to help. This will be the absolute last time I step into a this franchised establishment.
