Review Napoli Italian Eatery - Canton

Updated review: Tried Napoli's on 4/10/21. Customer service over the phone was excellent and in person for pick up, everyone was hustling and friendly! I ordered my usual, slice of cheese pizza with extra sauce on side and my all time favorite, a large anti pasta salad! The cheese pizza slice tasted good (the only thin crust pizza I enjoy). While paying for my order, I saw the large anti pasta salad only came with one dressing (used to come with 3, see my older pictures). I asked for two more salad cups of dressing (if you order the anti pasta make sure to ask because 1 dressing isn't enough). I got home and added my dressing and mixed it which is when I realized some toppings were missing. Took a photo to show difference. I don't remember but I think anti pasta also comes with banana peppers and peppercini's? Salad was missing pepperonis, black olives and onions. I was flustered my salad lacked all the toppings it was supposed to come with. Also felt the large anti pasta salad was a smaller portion of meats and cheeses compared to previous past experiences at Napoli's before they shut down. The old large salad everything felt piled on & my meal could be divided into two salads. This new large anti pasta was easily a one meal experience. The salad was still good, just lighter on meats (and missing toppings) and cheese. Posted two pictures of how the anti-pasta large salad looks now compared to my previous experience (new pictures on 4/10 are in the take out container). This used to be my favorite anti pasta salad in the area, hands down. Super disappointed it wasn't similar in portion size and some toppings were left off. End updated review*** Food was great, but was confusion in the restaurant. Rumour is since the father died the kids are fighting at how to run the place. It showed. Credit card machine issues, out of certain menu items, I got the wrong size item on my order but was only charged for the small thankfully. I ordered a cheese slice of pizza also and I was charged for a pepperoni. I didn't complain, I saw how things are hectic so I just wanted to go home. My waitress was polite but I could tell she was rushed and overwhelmed. Food excellent, but I'll wait sometime before coming back until the kids running the place smooth out the system the father had in place. Everyone was friendly, food great.

Napoli's gets another five star for excellent customer service. It's authenticity. The food was excellent, the aroma, the pizza was definitely like NJ/NY and Naples. Definitely what we're looking for in an Italian eatery. Also, proper use if fresh Basil. Awesome

Moved here from the Philly (in PA) area three years ago and have been looking for a decent New York style pizza ever since. Finding Napoli's was like finding a slice of pizza heaven. I finally found what I was looking for! Thanks guys!

AH-MAZING!!!! The food is fantastic! And the portions are great. My daughter's kids spaghetti would have been enough for me! The atmosphere is great as was the service! We will most definitely be going back!

I have been coming to Napoli's since the early 80's, never had a meal I didn't love, pizza is like a slice of NY, I know lived there. The original owner made great dishes and the family hasn't missed a beat.

First off I will say I realize the owners are different. However I ordered a small anti pasta salad to go, the cost was $7.99. The old small anti pasta salad was huge, big enough to share and still have leftovers, this time much different. Maybe if you’re stretching it 1 cup of lettuce, maybe 1/2 tsp cheese, 1 slice of pepperoni, and 1 sliver of mushroom. I brought this to their attention and was told it’s much smaller because that is the size of the small to go containers but if I’d of ordered in the restaurant the salad would have been bigger. I’d asked couldn’t you put it in a bigger to go container and was told no then they’d have to charge me more

Great place for Italian cuisine. Nothing fancy or pretentious, but all delicious!
