Carrabas is one of the best Italian chains imo. Definitely better than Olive Garden. They are always busy but never too long of a wait to get in. The service is some of the best service I've encountered. The food is good, but sometimes I get a big portion or a small portion which is kind of strange.

Food is quite delicious. Easily one of the better places I've been to eat. While it isn't super classy, it isn't really a casual dine in either.
