The Southern porch is just an awesome place. They have amazing food. It was well worth our wait. We also went when Santa was there so there was going to be a wait. The food was delicious. My mother got a philly and I have never seen one look so good!
Really enjoyed this stop on our road trip- it was worth the small detour off route 40. Sitting outside was peaceful and it seemed like everyone knew each other. Food was amazing from apps to dessert! Highly recommend!!!
Haden our waiter was amazing. The hot and sweet pork rinds made fresh are to die for. I must place to eat. Well we came back for more sweet hot pork skins. Haden was great again. One draw back was we had to wait 45 minutes to get seated. It was worth the wait.
Worth pulling off the interstate. I love the southern rustic atmosphere. My spinach salad and white chicken chili were delicious. My sons ribeye was amazing and even the beef tips were above my expectations. My winter whitw margaritas also very well concocted. Thank you Southern Porch for the GOOD E
From an excellent allocated bourbon selection to some very tasty food selection Southern Porch is a great place to stop for a meal and a few top shelf pours.
Best grilled cheese I have eaten in my life. We went for a snack and decided to share. I almost got one to go. The onion rings were delicious, too. Service was fast, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
This is the best place I've ever been. Better prices than Fatz with real home cooking. Everything we tried was amazing from the candied bacon, fried green tomatoes, burgers, pimento cheese Mac and cheese, meatloaf, onion rings. Service was great, food was fresh. I'd give it ten stars if I could. The

We were impressed by the beautiful historic building. There was 20 people in our party. We were seated immediately. It was difficult to choose a meal as there were so many great sounding items in the menu. I would recommend the Not your Mama’s Meatloaf, shrimp and grits, and the Carolina Cheese Stea
We had an amazing experience here! Sarah was a fantastic server. We had the deviled eggs, candied bacon, club sandwich, sirloin tips & peanut butter pie. Everything was delicious, the service was great & the atmosphere was unique and charming. Grateful for a wonderful dinner!
I almost don't wanna tell you about it bc I want to keep it for myself. I'll just say that this lil' town is so crazy lucky to have this place so well established before the tide comes in. The food, the service, the ambiance.. everything is just right.... they make and use REAL simple syrup instea
The weather was perfect so we sat outside. Menu was good, food was excellent, prices were reasonable. It was awesome. Will be back.
We were passing through town and smelled something that smelled delicious. We followed the scent to Southern Porch. It appears to be an old house turned restaurant. This makes the ambiance perfect for a meal with a Southern flair. Being a Tuesday evening, the crowd was light and service was quic
Beautiful 1800's historic building with a cool back story. Also, I'm pretty sure that was the best black n' bleu burger I've ever had. Dang ~~~ You don't want to miss this Southern flair y'all ~~~
The deviled eggs are pretty darn good. The charred ceaser salad was delicious. I added a piece of blackened salmon cooked rare. The cooks prepared it perfectly. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. I will be back.
A party of four walking in at lunch, about 20 minutes wait. Orders were filled perfectly! Our server was excellent and made good suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about the extensive menu.
