This location ruins the prestigious KFC brand and their attempt to compete in the lucrative chicken sammich market by putting subpar portions of delicious spicy sauce on their flagship product. Also I waited for literally 45 minutes to recieve this sandwich, I would expect at least an adequate volume of sauce. 5/7, a perfect score.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken is rundown and dirty. Management here is terrible and has no clue! The staff here is polite and works well. The booth seats are cracked and torn. The inside is dirty, dining area floor had food and debris everywhere, and lights are out above the booths. Bathrooms were dinghy and needed mopped. Unsanitary conditions everywhere a customer is allowed imagine what the unseen areas look like. The outside lights were not even turned on. How does KFC allow such gross conditions?? AHD will be notified!!

By far the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. Every single employee here has the attitude of a shift leader at Chick-fil-A. We stopped here at random on the way home from visiting my parents and had no reason to expect anything other than ordinary service and we got treated like royalty from the minute we walked through the door. With so many fast food restaurants struggling to even have full staffing right now, this place is really doing something right. I would drive out of my way to stop here again.

The last 2 times we have been here they were out of chicken (after waiting 20 minutes in drive-thru to order)... how can that happen? The parking lot was full of employees talking, one of them could have informed people waiting in line that they are out of chicken and only serving taco bell. Its ridiculous really...

3 attempts to order KFC in the last 10 days and I was only able to get KFC 1 time. Waited 10 minutes in line to get up to the speaker only to read a sign that says only Taco Bell is being served sorry...so if you are wanting Taco Bell in rain snow floods or during Armageddon they will be serving Taco Bell but if you want chicken from the only KFC in several miles you will be disappointed...dont get me started on what the 1 meal I did get to order looked like....
