Wendy's

Some Wendys seem to be going downhill recently. I've been avoiding some recently. Glad to report I had a nice experience here. Service was quick for a lunch time order and everything looked good. Sometimes it's evident that there wasn't much care put into making the food. Glad everything was done well. Only minor issue was no napkin was supplied. Luckily I had some with me. I did a mobile order with drive thru pickup and that was a simple process.

Do not visit if you're in a hurry. Employees arguing. Food on trays getting cold waiting for other food. Asked for a manager and said they need help getting orders out and she walked away without fixing anything. Lunch breaks mean customers are in a hurry for hot food that costs way too much. Won't be back any time soon.

Today was a long day! I worked 11 hours and decided after arriving at my house that I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I drove to Wendy’s and waited about 10 min in line before realizing I left my wallet at home. This made me extremely upset and I had to run home to get my wallet. I returned and wait about 10 min again in line. I pull up to the window super stressed because I was exhausted from a bad day. Beth greeted me and was an absolute sweetheart like always (I recognize her from before) and she was just so kind and took extra steps to make sure everything was going smoothly with my food. I am a car salesman and have about 4 years of customer service experience in the car industry, I have worked fast food, and I have worked retail. My point being I know an asset to a team when I see one. Beth you made my day turn around and I hope you managers see this because you deserve praise! Beth thank you for being so awesome today!
