Arby's

2022 update == They are now advertising a pair of Diablo sandwiches. The claim is that they are the hottest sandwiches that fast food places offer and are so hot, in fact, that they give them to you with a Vanilla Shake so you can fight off the heat effects! Well, I have a high heat tolerance, and enjoy hot foods, so this was a come on I could not resist! One Chicken Diablo and one Brisket Diablo later and I can report that they are indeed the hottest sandwiches that the fast food industry offers - but that is not saying much. They are spicy, but not so intolerable that you really need the vanilla shake - at least I did not. I did find it interesting that the brisket version was spicier than the chicken version. Since they pretty much have the same ingredients except for the meat, I have to believe it had to do with who assembled them and how heavy-handed they were with the pepper sauce. Both sandwiches are very messy to eat. Have spare napkins available. Hold them with both hands and they still spill their contents all over. A very cute touch was that the buns are colored orange. I suppose that is to warn you - yet again - of how hot these are. Cute. See the attached pictures for what they look like when you get them at a store, rather than the pretty versions they show in the commercials. I moved the top bun part off to show the interiors. 2014 == Wanted a quick bite to eat on the way to an event that may not be serving food. and stopped here. Their current special offering of the fajitas is surprisingly good and unlike most fast food restaurants, is NOT fried. Wow!.

Ok, I will NEVER spend a dime in this location again. Go to the Arby's in Washington up the road another 20min or so. They are friendly and the food is fresh. This location is atrocious... the staff was super unprofessional, the staff simply looked "dirty" A worker with ear lugs was complaining that someone took his land... "Really!" I don't care give me my food. Food comes and the fries were overcooked, filled up my Coca Cola which had 12% syrup and was awful - by default had to settle for a Sprite. Do no go here - needs knew management with a business plan and strategy centered around the customer. All of the other employees hated being there and it was obvious.

Stale, undercooked, curly fries WITH HAIR IN THEM. Forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. Went right back and no one else there and they took 5 min to get to me and I asked about fresher fries or if crinkle fries would be fresher. No comment my man working there. Took sandwich and another given to me several minutes later and door shut on me immediately. No refund or fresher, non hairy fries. Very disappointed
