went to pick up my order and went to the car to check everything was there as usual. i had ordered chips with a large queso, a burrito bowl with basically all the toppings, and quesadillas with rice, salsa, and sour cream. inside my bag i found a note saying to call the chipotle headquarters number because they are out of stuff. i didn’t receive chips and queso. i didn’t receive any sides for my quesadilla, and i was missing several toppings on my bowl. i went inside and the bald headed guy working there said “i’m not trying to start anything” when i got back to my home everything ripped out the bag because of poorly wrapped items and the lack of lids

the only reason i even consider ordering from here is because you can’t beat chipotles food in general. however, this location can’t seem to follow the printout of what items are actually supposed to go into my bowl. also, am i supposed to just dump the bowl into my mouth, because i’ve never received a fork or a napkin when ordering online. i’ll proceed to give them chance after chance but here’s to being disappointed in the future. sorry future self.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I don't know if they thought "it's an online order so who cares?!" Or what! we will not be returning. Our "large" chip was a bag with maybe 3 handfuls of chips, when asked if it was a large, the staff gave us another bag with a small amount in it. So 2 smalls equals a large but why can't you just give us the large to begin with.
2 chicken asada burritos and each one had maybe 8 pieces of chicken in it. It was packed with rice, barely any beans. I get better service going to McDonald's if I'm being honest. Worst $30 I've ever spent. I strongly recommend doing eat in if you really want to go here, otherwise drive 1 minute down the road and go to a different restaurant.

I cant even count how many times I have ordered from here and there is something missing...no guac, or no veggies, no dressing, its always something. Their website has crashed multiple times and caused the orders to be lost or mixed up so when I arrived to pick up my food there was 20 angry people that had been waiting a long time for their food, like over an hour. Chipotle needs to dial it in. Great food, when they can get it right which is few and far between as of late.

Check your orders. Out of 6 items that we ordered, only 1 item and the Mexican cola was correct. This was a $62 order. Missing guac, cheese etc. Wrong salsas, Very small portion sizes. Presentation was horrible. A salad dressing that we did not order was in the bag. They did not seal it in a way that would not spill. Unknown to us, it must have tipped over the the bag. The dressing seeped out of the bag, onto my son's pants and into the leather seats of my car. I know they are busy and it's hard to find workers but... Someone there needs to be inspecting the work.

Chipotle is my jam! The 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the consistency on not having Fajita vegetables..?? Doesn't matter which one I go I visit. Its the same..?? I don't want corn. I want peppers and onions.

Worst Chipotle in the Pittsburgh region (at least of the 6 locations I've eaten at). We moved to this side of town recently after being in the North. Ate regularly at these Chipotle locations: Fox Chapel, Wexford, Cranberry twp. Even ate at the McCandless location a time or two and once at Greensburg. Never a problem at any of the locations over the last 10 years or so. Fast forward to now, we've eaten at THIS Canonsburg/Peters TWP at least 3 times since our move about 5 months ago and the food is just lousy ever single time. I don't know what the heck is going on at this location but it's just not the same, avoid at all costs. It's really gross here and the dining room is dirty and cramped too.

Out of all the chipotles I would probably say this one is the worst. The burrito bowls are always under filled. And the large chips and queso is $10 and they always give me a small and never refund me. It’s annoying and honestly really terrible as a business
