Taco Bell

Did not give me a fork for my power bowl. I said no sour cream or guacamole yet they put both of them on it. Had to ask them twice for mild sauce and napkins. Got on the road to discover their mistake. Had to drive back, hard to eat rice with your fingers. My food was cold as was the person who I was with because of your incompetence. Service was friendly but they were confused. Needed someone there to tell them how to their job. I paid for food I can’t eat. The worst taco bell ever. Retrain your employees. Charged for extra cheese and chicken that they did not put on it.

Worst taco bell there is. I ordered through door dash with a 9-17 minute wait time. Ended up waiting an hour and 10 minutes. I called at the 45 minute mark to say my dasher is waiting in the lobby. She had gone to the counter and showed them my order, they said they were waiting for it to pop up on screen. Even though I had called asking where my food was and my dasher showed the order to them. They still waited to make it and make it take another 30 minutes. If someone shows you the receipt and is standing in front of you, you make the order, clearly someone cleared the order and didn't make it.

Beware of this Taco Bell! My son and I bought two $5 breakfast boxes and they told me it would be $13 and some change (they didn’t give me a receipt) but they charged my bank $18.73. I think the employees are charging more and pocketing the money. Not to mention the burritos were burnt and I was sick to my stomach all day after eating there. Their attitude there is they can careless. I highly recommend not going here. I’m waiting for a response from corporate! It’s been a week and I still have not gotten a response from corporate.

Ordered food off DoorDash from canon city Taco Bell opened up my sealed food to find this. Normally I don’t post things like this on Facebook, but I find this absolutely disgusting. Taco Bell employers should not be touching peoples food and writing things on it period. Cannot believe canon city Taco Bell employers would be so rude,disrespectful and disgusting.

Pretty slow for a "fast food" restaurant. So don't be In hurry if your at the canon city location. The staff was just as frustrated as I was when I complained about the 40+ minute wait time. But I saw they were trying very hard and were hilariously understaffed. I gave 4 stars because despite the wait the food was good and the order was correct, and they were moving as fast as they could from what I saw. I felt sorry for them when other customers didn't see it that way and took it out on the 3 poor kids who were doing their best. There was no manager on site, so this brave crew saved there ship without a captain. Better leadership on a managers part would have made a difference here I feel. And and hey taco bell! If your listening bring back the encherito for God's sake! I thought this was America! 😆 JK, but seriously bring it back..
