I have been to Germany dozens of times over the years. My favorite place is a small town called Waldenberg. It is quaint, it is authentic, it is Germany. The atmosphere at Rheinblick is all this! The beer took me to the streets of Heidelberg and the food took me to that "off the path place" of Waldenberg. If you want a truly authentic German meal, this is the place! No watered down version! The taste is great, the price is reasonable, the staff is incredible. Please, try this establishment! You will find yourself making plans to go back. Way better than my expectations or even desire. Ausgezeichnet!!!!!!!
After hearing several good things about this restaurant, I finally had an opportunity to have dinner there this evening. Wow! This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time! The food was fantastic!!! Service was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone! It was worth every penny. I will definitely be back
One of the few places to get German food in Western NY, and one of the best Restaurants period. Very authentic, excellent menu, great service. Schnitzel of every kind, fantastic potato pancakes, good beer.
Great atmosphere outstanding food and drink as well as a great dessert. Our waitress was exceptional!!! I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back! K.C.
A great combination between the employee attire, music, meal presentation, and the overall atmosphere! I highly suggestion stopping in for a quick bite, or stay awhile. I will be returning again. BTW...Try the PB&J Burger, it's more appetizing then you think.
First of all the food was amazing my wife said “I haven’t had a meal this good in a long time.” Second of all, I read a sign on the door that said they will be closed for a week soon so the owners can take their staff to Germany for a week to celebrate ten years of being open. So not only is the food excellent, but working for people like that is a direct reflection on their staff, which you could tell. They were all very nice and created an overall pleasant atmosphere.

Had lunch here yesterday. Good service and good food. We had the pork schnitzel and pork tenderloin, both tender and tasty. Our sides were warm german potato salad, red cabbage, and spaetzel. Black forest cake for dessert-yum. Not a vast amount of German biers on tap, but something for all tastes.
Very pleased that Rheinblick has add a vegan schnitzel. I always loved eating there and now that I have gone to eating Whole food plant based I did not want to give up joining friends and family for a great meal. Thank you. Would love to see more choices added.
The beer is always good here but the food was very good. I had the pork tenderloin medallions with mushroom sauce enjoyed very much.
The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was great. The German beer was very good. Our waitress was excellent, she explained and showed things to us..It was a little pricey though. We wouldn't be able to eat there on a regular basis.
Went here for the first time today, will definitely go back. Great food, decent beer selection, good service (and the waitress was absoutely buried today)
The entrees were generous and delicious. We ate the leftovers for lunch today. Our waitress was attentive, but not too attentive. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will return!
Great menu of German faire. Very hearty meals. Our waitress Shannon was a delight. Our meals were cooked to perfection. My schweinemedaillons were moist and tender. A lovely little place. A must have is the warm pretzel roll. Brought the menu back to our hotel front desk.
Everything was amazing. The ambience was clean, comfortable and very German. Food was delicious and very nice servers. I had
Jagershnitzel (pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy) which was very tasty. We live in Buffalo, but we don’t hesitate to drive for 1 hour to come back again.
Very German atmosphere with an excellent selection of food. Everything we had tonight was very good, prepared and served as you would get it on Germany. Definitely worth more visits!
I love German food and this place had great German food. The service and atmosphere were so fun. We had potato pancakes with applesauce and knockwurst, saurbraten and a linzer tart for dessert. The food was delicious, every last morsel.
Everything's just amazing. I had the pork schnitzel with garlic white sauce. Delicious! I bet this will be fantastic for garlic lovers out there.
They also have a bier garten outside which is quite cute but my friends and I decided to just stay inside. The best place to get German food!
Our second visit on 7/16/23 was as wonderful as our first visit in August of 2022. The Jägerschnitzel was tender and tasty with the brown mushroom gravy. The wine selection is good, particularly the rieslings. The Sachertorte, made from scratch by the owner's wife I was told, was a perfect finish to a great meal that both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite item on the menu is the warm pretzel roll with German cheese spread that I'd eat with a spoon all by itself! We appreciate the entire experience from the wait staff dressed in traditional German clothing to the contemporary and traditional German music playing at just the right volume so you can still enjoy the conversation at your table.
Very nice place to get some delicious German food and drink. The potato pancakes were yummy and all entrées were delicious. Excellent choices of German beers and wines as well as deserts left us wanting more.
We had an amazing dinner at Rheinblick during our Finger Lakes vacation. The moment you step inside, you feel like you went to Germany. The atmosphere is very nice with traditional German music playing in the background. The service was incredible and the schnitzels and the franks were delicious! They also have a very good German beer selection. We are very happy that we tried this place.
Great family restaurant. Amazingly authentic German food. The owners are the greatest people. My favorite comfort food choice and I absolutely love the atmosphere.
Update. We went back, and it’s only gotten better. Their specials are out of this world.
As a german american who was born and raised in Germany, this place is as authentic as it gets. The food is always great, service is super friendly and helpful. The only thing that is not my cup of tea is the music and the dirndl.. but I get it.. it's what Americans expect of a german restaurant. 🤣
Plus points for the Mainz 05 haenger on the wall.. it's my hometown football (or soccer) team. 😍 Einmal Mainzer immer Mainzer. 😁❤️🤍❤️🤍
Rheinblick German Restaurant is our go to place for authentic German cuisine. The atmosphere is perfect and make for an outstanding experience. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The food is amazing and never disappoints. The wine and beer selection is amazing as well. We will definitely be returning in the near future for another meal.
German food done right. We've been a customer for 10 some years and have always been glad we've dined there. Our European guests have given Rheinblick high marks for getting the food right. A good time and a great experience.
Authentic German food in a delightful little restaurant. The entrance to the restaurant is on the side of the building, additional parking in the back. Good size menu, decently priced. The food was pretty good, I’ve never had German food so I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of quality, and it was a nice sized portion. Service was excellent.
Excellent food, drinks and service! A little expensive, but large portions and the flavors are worth it. We'll be back for sure.
The music however, is super corny and distracting, and loud. Look I get German music for a German restaurant; but it felt like I was alternating between being on a carousel watching Looney Tunes, or hearing Christmas music lol.
Loved the decorations and the warmth of the staff there. Came in for an early dinner and was not disappointed. I got potato pancakes as a starter which was very delicious. As my main I got the pork medallions with spatzal which was fantastic. Highly recommend trying the beers they have on tap.
We make the 1.5 hour drive a couple times a year from Buffalo. The food is always fantastic with all kinds of schnitzel. My wife makes fantastic gypsy schnitzel and yours is better.
The restaurant was clean and well decorated as a German restaurant. The waitress was extremely polite and friendly. The Jagerschnitzel was hot and delicious as was the fresh pretzel side. The draft beers were huge and tasty! Would definitely recommend for something different!
The quality of the food was great; well worth the wait. It was a little awkward trying to figure out how to get into the restaurant, as one has to walk down the side of the building to a side door and walk past the kitchen and bathrooms instead of using the front door. It gets better once you're inside and seated. Quaint authentic German style decor and music give this place the perfect atmosphere for enjoying the delicious German food and drink.
Great service and atmosphere. I’m not a big fan of German food, but it was very good! Definitely worth a visit.
