Jack In The Box

Yesterday I went to this jack in the box location and it seamed that they were maybe short staffed. When I got to the drive throw box it took a long time to acknowledge me, not a " I'll be right with you" just silence then when I get to the window it was one guy just standing and doing nothing and one guy doing everything. Then once I got to my house I looked at my burger and was very disappointed. It didn't look like a normal jack in the box burger it was small and sad. It makes me sad that this location just can't get it right my dad used to work there when he was younger in the 70s. This location I think was one of the first Jack in the Box in San Jose I have hope for it, But was disappointed

Consistently inconsistent. Sometimes the service is spot-on and they get my order right and sometimes they just can't seem to figure it out. The quality of the hamburgers from Jack In The Box has gone way down in recent years so now I just stick to the chicken sandwiches they seem to be still quite good.

My gf and her mom went to jack in the box a couple days ago and her mom asked a simple question if they were serving breakfast and the employee rudely said “ i don’t know why don’t you guys look at the menu yourself” when they were just wondering if they were serving breakfast or not and he continued to give lots of attitude to them. Then a couple days later which was today they went again and the same employee immediately said that it was the last time they were gonna take their order and said it was their fault for it when he was being aggressive and rude which is not right bc me myself work in the food industry as a manager and there is no excuse for his behavior and for him to no longer serve people if he was the one in wrong. I expect for him to change his behavior or just leave the food industry.
