This was the worst KFC. Crowded and slow service. Cashier was rude and made me feel rushed to order. Then wait for 15 minutes only to get cold staled French fries, odd sized chicken tenders that were rubbery with "gristle" in them. Ew. Had to send the fries back 3 times and still they were old. Can't mix and match old, cold fries with hot fries! WTH. The potpie seemed hot and fresher, but found 2 small bones and only 2 pieces of chicken meat. Cookies come in the meals and they are so thin. Not worth it. Spent too much money to get this bad service and even worse food. Simply terrible ... Should have known from when in line... I did notice 2 other people who returned a food item. This KFC needs help in customer service, temperature checks and food delivery. See photos...

Went there for lunch 😋. I haven't been there in over 2 years. The chicken 🐔was just as delicious as I remember. I had the 3 piece meal original recipe chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. And a small drink. The employees were so friendly the cashier gave me a senior discount. That was very nice of him. I think I will be going back for dinner in a couple of days 😋. Thank You KFC 🍗😊 your chicken is so delicious I just love it. I would give you more stars 🌟if I could. I used the KFC App to order prior to Superbowl. Got there and had a clerk with a blase attitude that the app canceled my order and "it happens all the time". It was no big deal to him and he clearly didn't care. It took a couple of minutes to convince him that I still needed my order to be filled. Waited around while they finally got my order together. Good food, poor service.

Horrible customer service. Very dirty too. I wanted to eat in, but left and eat in my car instead. All the tables and seat were dirty (floor too). When I asked the woman behind the counter if they were going to clean the tables, she made a bad gesture, then I asked another person, and he told me the the tables were clean. I replied: No they are not. He didn’t like that and also did a bad face to mee. Todo bad

I can’t remember the last time I had Kentucky fried chicken. Pops and I stopped in for a bite after another long day. My first impression after looking at the overall review status was.... hmmm maybe we should go someplace else. But alas we were in the driveway so what the heck. My second impression after stepping in was..... wow very nice place inside. All new and up to date with all the amenities. The inside was also well kept. The menu board was nice and easy to navigate. The lady behind the counter was super sweet. I ordered the spicy “2 small chicken sammy deal ( comes with a drink, thick potato wedges “so good” a 2 slightly bigger than slider Sammy’s with pickles. Everything was very good. I deducted 1 star cuz our table could have been a little cleaner (being super picky) other wise, in my opinion (in the fast food category) this place is solidly into the 4 star area. I am really not sure why the low star count. All I got to say is if you guys reviewed them on what I experienced today, you are way off the mark. Overall for fast food... good service, good food and a clean establishment.
