Erik's Delicafe Campbell

Devan made my sandwiches today they were excellent! He made me feel like a valued customer and reminded me of what customer service is like. It's nice to walk into a restaurant and receive excellent customer service and quality food! Thank you Devan for being such a great part of the Eric's deli team!

Came in for lunch. Got the new ciao down sandwich. I added cucumber it was delicious had a good ratio of ingredients. I also got a cup of the Italian wedding soup. It was a little bland so added salt and pepper. Ended it with some carrot cake was nice and moist. I also got some whole dill pickles but forgot pics. They have my favorite pickles and good news if you like them. The cashier told me they are going to start carrying jars of 12-15 pickles for 6.99 not sure if that's all locations or just the one on bascom.

Our first visit here was awesome. Service was beyond amazing. Super welcoming and friendly. I asked for a different cheese on one of the salads and even though the cook had accidentally made it while she was ringing us up with the wrong cheese, he remade it for me, happily. I didn't feel like a burden for requesting the change... which is not the case at many places. The food was well worth the price. The kids sandwiches came with orange slices which was a nice touch. This will be a new regular spot for us.

I'm visiting from outside the area, so I'm trying places I don't have back home. This place was good, but not great. I'd eat here again, but I've had better. The food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. I had The Raging Bull and a House Salad. The atmosphere and design are excellent, and the restaurant is clean. Not crowded, but had a steady flow of customers while I was here. I didn't try the soups, maybe on a future visit.
