My first time eating out since COVID. I was pleased that the outdoor dining area was clean and had heat lamps. Grillem also has TVs so it looks like a chill place to have some beers and watch a game. Unfortunately we came here on a Thursday and I really wanted to try the fried chicken sandwich and they only serve it on Fridays. I guess I’ll be back sooner than I thought!

Great food! Good service. I like coming here when they let you grill your own steak pre-COVID. Came here on a cold night recently and glad to see they added outdoor heaters. I've introduced many friends and family to this place and we all love it. You have a customer for life here. Thank you.

This place is amazing!! Very safe practices, outdoor covered patio is nice and relaxing! Prices were just right, not too high for what you get! Perfect customer service, our waiter was so very genuine and helpful! And the best part is the food! The prime rib is the biggest I've seen, definitely a meal to share! The baked beans were to die for! Smoked prime rib dip sandwich and pastrami were off the hook, so tasty! We had the potato skins appetizer and the older kids had bacon cheeseburgers... I really was impressed with everything and am so tired of places that serve mediocre meals.. so I decided to take the time to write a review, something I almost never do!!

Food was really good and Becky our bartender/server provided great service and drinks! The place has plenty of TV's to watch the games on and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back to try more food on the menu! Potato skins were so good and so were the wings :')

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise!
We recently visited this place during our trip to San Jose California and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and appetizing the foods were. Price is affordable, appealing, and appetizing. Service was good and the place was cozy. It is located in the middle of a busy industrial location.

I'll start with the positive- I had the Kobe burger which was quite tasty. They also welcome dogs on the patio so we brought our lab. The server provided a fresh bowl of water for him. The negative - They had several groups playing cards and Tetrus on the patio which were clearly regulars, they had all of the server's attentions and we were completely overlooked, actually neglected for long periods of time. When we wanted anything, I had to find help. Not good. We haven't gone back but plan on giving them another try - in case it was just an unusual afternoon.

I love this place year around. I had the mac and corn beef yesterday on st Patrick's day. It was great 👍. Also have a green strong 💪 island 🌴. If you are in the Campbell area stop for happy 😊 hour

I have to say that usually dining at grill em is a great experience, but tonight it was not. There was a group of about 30 that came in and was obnoxious, not only to the poor server who waited on them but to everyone in the restaurant. The kids were standing on the tables, squirting ketchup on the table while the parents did NOTHING! I finally went up to the mothers and asked them to keep their kids under control and she asked me if I worked there and I said NO, I DINE HERE. If I owned this place I would have asked them to leave and never come back. I would value my employees more than those rude people's money. Such a shame that the poor waitress had to tolerate their rude and horrible behavior. My food and service was great though!

Doubt we'll be back. We went to Grill 'Em Steakhouse on the night of September 14 to celebrate my dad's birthday. While the food was good and service was friendly, it was borderline incompetent. My mom only ordered the potsticker appetizers. When my dad and I had our steaks brought to us, they asked my mom if she now wanted her potstickers. What the hell? Of course! They hadn't even made them yet, so my mom had to awkwardly wait while my dad and I finished our steaks. How hard is it to bring everyone's food at once, or at least close together. Also, the grills were not very hot. Last time.

Our waiter may have just started recently, but he was amazing! He took our order, then came back with our appetizer and sides! When the steaks came out, he told us which grill to use and told us to cook it depending on if we wanted medium rare or medium. We had a great time!

Garlic fries were delicious.
The mango Margarita was fantastic.
Enjoyed having an early dinner with the girls.
You can also grill your own steaks. Wow! That's a plus.
