RUDE A*S employees who don't like to do their job! My mother asked for a chocolate milk shake they handed her this clearly white milkshake instead. Said that isn't chocolate the employee brought it back just to return it and say it is chocolate. These people refused to fix what my mother paid for. It's a strawberry and vanilla milkshake mixed together! They were huffing and puffing around. Nice job and again they want 15+ an hour just to not do their job especially the manager that refused to change it too. Good job being awful at your jobs........

Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese plain meal medium size  with frozen coke substitution and a 10 piece chicken nuggets via drive through. It came to $18.00; prices really went up.  At payment window verified order was told yes burger ordered as plain. Went to pick up window and asked to pull over and wait.  After a 5 minute wait food brought out  drove off only to find the burger had everything on it and all other food was cold.  Called to let them know the order was wrong and was given reasons as to why I had to wait.  I didn't need an explanation why I  had to wait I wanted a fix for the food they got wrong.  The person on the other end was rather rude. Asked for info from a receipt I did not receive .. what a mess!  Couldn't even verify what I got charged for the food.

Very incompetent crew. Management does seem to care either. Ordered a HOT Mocha, Fries (No salt), and a burger (Plain). Took over 15 minutes and ended up with an ICED mocha, A burger with onions and ketchup on it. I physically watched them salt the fries, and then try to give me a "NO SALT" fry. Had to get management involved only to have them want to argue as they are already fresh. I don't want fresh fries, I can't have the 5k, mg of salt they put on them. Will never be going back due to the service, and their prices are getting out of control.

The worst place I’ve ever been too. The manager named Scott shouldn’t have his job. The way he speaks to his employees is so uncalled for. Idk who the owner is but whoever it is Needs to take a look at who they have running this place. I have ever intentions on calling corporate to let them know my experience and if I was the employees here I’d walk out and find another job.
