Review Starbucks - Camp Hill

Employees only care about their cell phones and have no idea what is going on! Please see enclosed pictures of 12 people in line and one person working! Sad sad example of Starbucks! I ended up getting a refund after waiting 20 MINUTES of waiting for ONE coffee!

My 1st time trying Starbucks today. I ordered a sandwich and when I put my hand out to get it from your cashier she tossed it on the counter and continued her conversation. She didn't say anything to me at all. The guy that took my order was very helpful 2/26/2020 10am

I do love Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and you have a wide variety of coffees and there are good small snacks to enjoy if you're in the mood. I just tried their cinnamon shortbread latte yesterday and it was fantastic though my girl likes it better as a frappe. How about you give it a try?

I work at the mall so I use the mobile app a lot. They always seem to miss the food part of the order so I spend half of my break waiting. It defeats the purpose of the mobile app. The employees seem to be more interested in their personal conversations than making sure their work is correct or completed. The drink sticker says items in order 3 and you only give me 1 item. I shouldnt have to ask for the rest of my order.

The coffee is fine; however this is the slowest Starbucks location in the area by far. It's common to wait 20 minutes for a simple order even when they aren't terribly busy. Avoid busy times of day at all costs. While some locations are obviously understaffed with only 1 or 2 baristas who are working swiftly and hard for their money, this location had 5 baristas on duty today -- the problem was that only one was making drinks (the single male barista), while one girl was cleaning (in spite of 10 people waiting on orders), and worst of all, 3 female baristas were hanging out chatting and playing on their phones. Corporate needs to check in on this location.

Love the Carmel macchiato, chi tea , and just the fresh taste of good coffee made just right. Recommend Starbucks to any one who enjoys premium coffee and teas.
