Mcdonald's

If I could , I would give this store a negative star. I went in there tonight to find out as to why my brother who is SICK wasn’t allowed to go home , while doing so I had ordered a ice coffee that I waited 10 minutes for. As a former employee with the Steward , I have the tendency to look around while there , tonight has been the most FOUL I’ve ever seen this place. It’s obvious that the manager Todd doesn’t know how to take out the trash or pick up unused (hopefully) fry boxes covered in grease off the floor , the door dash counter was covered in grease & god knows what. The lobby was a skating rink , seems like someone uses the kitchen mop out there. Oh & my iced coffee was barley full & gross. It actually baffles me that this place hasn’t been popped by the health department. Btw if you get fries from here , just know that they sat on the fryer dethawing for about 30 minutes before being cooked. While waiting for a answer as to why my brother wasn’t allowed to leave , I was speaking with another customer , the GM bill had walked in & said customer had said “this place is disgusting” & guess what lol we got ignored once again. When my brothers girlfriend called in to ask why he wasn’t allowed to leave , she got hung up on. Someone needs to report this place. This store needs better management & possibly a new owner to even get this place decent again.

We went through the drive through, said I needed a minute to look at the menu. The worker barely gave me time and asked irritatedly "are you ready to order?" After a bit of back and forth where she couldn't understand me through the headset, I ordered and then the worker asked if I wanted anything else. When I said that was it, they replied "Thank God". I got out of line and left without getting anything. So unprofessional.

Been here a couple times. I understand you get busy. But come on. Messing up more then get it right. Food is normally luke warm or cold. Very little of everything on there sandwiches. Like, barely no ketchup, mayo, mustard. Eating a dry sandwich. I waited almost 7 minutes for fries. Weren't even salted. Idk. Maybe they need re trained or something.

This location has the distinction of being the worst McDonald's I have ever had in the many decades of eating McDonald's food. There was a spirited conversation going on behind the counter between two ladies about a f'ing engagement ring. I don't mind foul language, but it was very loud and very obnoxious. Should have been my cue to go somewhere else... Ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal, only got 7. The fries were cold and soggy. Also ordered a McDouble plain. When I got to it at the bottom of the bag it was not even wrapped and had all the condiments on it. Stay away from this location. There are plenty of other options in the immediate area. Check your order carefully before leaving the premises as there will very likely be mistakes with the order. This includes disassembling a sandwich to check for accuracy. Frequent mistakes one may encounter include missing beef patties, pickles when told to hold, missing condiments, etc. French fries are often not fresh as well.
